My mother brother and sister live here and they have always had trouble with the office doing there job to have someone fix things. They always have new management and they are always confused. Currently they have been dealing with black mold for some months now and they never came out to fix it. The floor sinks the walls are black bad moist it smells so horribly like If something is dying. My mother lil sister and brother allergies have been going crazy cause of it. Please do no move here they do not care about your well being. Don’t be deceived. My brother called multiple times and they said it’s not there priority and that they will live?!!!! My aunt and my baby cousins and one of them is under 1 year have there own place as well and are dealing with the exact same thing!!! And yet she has a 4 month old baby. There is sooo much wrong here. Please save yourself the trip and keep on driving when you see this place.

Dont move here at all! We haven’t had hot water almost going on a week now. I don’t know what they expect us to do about it. This is my home, where i stay , i shouldn’t have to go to other people’s house just to take a shower, that’s what I’m paying my rent for isn’t it?

Great place to live nice and quiet and clean no issues great manager and I defenetly recommend it.
As a single parent, management has been great in answering all questions regarding schools, maintenance issues, timing repairs around the family schedule. Really just being available when needed. Thank you very much for easy transition.

This place is bug infested, cockroaches!!!!! They also have mice, mold all over the windows and bathtubs. This place is no place to call home!! A lot of noise from neighbors, it is disgusting. As soon as you move in you're gonna wanna move out. You are a prisoner in your own home! You will be so disgusted with the Cockroaches, Mold, Mice and Bed Bugs... They will run you out!! Not worth it at all you can find something way better i promise. This place is for people with bad credit or bad backgrounds, Stay Away i warn you!

It has been a good experience for me to live here, manager is very friendly, courteous and good at keeping the place clean, fast maintenance response when needed. I like the new internet system as well, it makes it easier to pay rent and also report any repairs needed any day of the week.

Thank you for the 5 stars! El Castillo is under new management as of August 2017 we hope that you continue to have the great customer service that was provided to you.
The website says that there are rooms open and when we get there to check out an apartment, we wait outside the office waiting for the dude. Finally a kid came up to us and asked us if we need help. After telling us that he would get the guy to show us the apartment and we find out that he is just smoking out back. And so he says he will be right out to help us, we waited another 20 mins and find out the dude had cracked another cigarette back there and we were waiting for nothing. After waiting all that time, he tells us that there wont be any apartments available for a couple of months so "it's not worth trying"
