Edson House

My entire experience from setting up a tour to moving in was easily accomplished and accompanied by a very attentive staff. The building and its amenities are well kept.

Had a very thorough and enlightening tour upon my visit and found the rooms and amenities to be absolutely modern, private, and fulfilling without compromise. Service offered by the leasing office was great, and they answered all questions without any issues.

Edson House is a perfect place to live. It has great amenities, friendly people, and it's located in downtown Oakland. The staff here are some of the most hospitable people I've ever encountered. Sarah and Jacarre helped me with everything from making sure I'm able to apply (I'm international) to giving me a tour of the apartment when they were in a regional meeting (sorry guys!) I really recommend this place!

I have been living here for three months now and I absolutely love it! I have to give major props to our building managers, Sarah and Jacarre, for always going above and beyond for their residents and community. Because of them, I’ve never been happier in a living situation and the kind of care and attention they paid to me DID NOT go unnoticed. They are professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable on all of the little things I would have never thought of. As for the building itself, it’s an absolute dream. It’s centrally located but not right in downtown so it’s quiet and peaceful. The building managers keep it spotless—they clean it 5 days a week. The amenities are great (rooftop, gym, arcade, coworking spaces, etc) and the units themselves are gorgeous. They super modern, have in unit laundry, central air, wired wifi, huge fridges, gas stove, balconies, walk in closets, huge vanity bathrooms and literally so much more. I really have been enjoying my time living here and really recommend it to everyone I know!

The tour experience I had was very good, very welcoming and friendly. The building is new and the Apts are clean.

Edson House is a beautiful property and I'm very happy with my experience so far! Sarah has been super responsive to my concerns throughout the application and move in process. The staff here seem really devoted to creating a comfortable environment for everyone!

Love living here! It's conveniently located to everything including 580 and 880 highways. Transportation limited, plenty of grocery spots within 10 min walk, along with good eats. Just renewed for another year, so happy to call Edson House Home away from Home!

Lots of public and private spaces available with great style and aesthetic. Would highly recommend taking a tour!

I have a deep affection for this location. However, I find the price to be a bit high, but the level of customer service provided is exceptional. The establishment follows certain stringent policies, which ultimately contribute to maintaining a safe, tidy, and highly habitable environment. I have nothing put positive vibes for this apartment home!

I recently toured Edson house and I am very impressed with the building and its amenities. Jacarre was very helpful and knowledgeable of the building and its surroundings. I am very interested in the building after my viewing with her. I currently live on 13th st in Oakland. So I know the surrounding area well and this place seems to have more than most.

Jacarre was super kind and informative!! The tour answered all of my questions and gave a great feel about the space. The space was clean and up to date. Definitely a top contender.

Edson House staff made my move in super easy and convenient. Building amenities I was given a tour of far exceeded my expectations. My unit was spotless and with new appliances that have been either refurbished or updated. Common services of the building, like the Amazon locker are kept tidy & up-to-date as are the amenities that people use most like the gym. I highly recommend Edson for someone who needs to be in or near downtown Oakland; conveniences of the neighborhood also make this an incredible community in which to reside.

Love living here! There are plenty of clean amenity spaces, a complete gym, and super helpful/friendly staff! There is also wifi throughout the amenity spaces, giving flexibility to work in any of them, including the beautiful courtyard and rooftop. The building is well kept and any maintenance requests are supported quickly. I've lived in apartments before where you can hear every sneeze your neighbor makes and footsteps all day long, and while I do occasionally hear (very muted) footsteps from above or in the hall, the noise level is low from neighboring apartments, allowing my space to feel private and quiet. The new building also means the newest technology and appliances (including a washer & dryer that actually washes your clothes without shrinking them). Final piece: the location is great, comfortable, and safe with so many places to walk to nearby. I plan to continue my lease here as long as I'm in Oakland.

I received a wonderful tour of 1 bedroom apt. The amenities are very clean and well taken care of. They offer everything that I am looking for in a new place. Very modern and comfortable.

We have loved living at Edson House. The complex is safe and clean. We love the amenities and staff!

I’ve been living here for over a year and it’s been the best transition after living in NYC. The location makes everything easy to walk to especially for someone who doesn’t drive and works in SF. I can walk to the Bart, Target, Lake Merritt and of course Chipotle. The amenities are amazing and you’re able to rent them out for private events which I’ve done numerous times without any issues. Maintenance requests are done very quickly and management is always very responsive. There’s monthly events, great neighbors and hella cute dogs.

Edson house is beautiful! First and foremost, Jacarre and the team have been extremely helpful and welcoming throughout the whole process. It’s clear they truly care for the well-being of the community here. The units are very well finished, have beautiful features throughout, and are quite spacious. The location is perfect, walking distance from lake Merritt, downtown Oakland, and tons of shops! All the amenities and common spaces are beautiful as well. I honestly have no complaints with Edson house and would suggest it for anyone looking for a great place to live!

I called to get some information about availability. I spoke with the community manager. She was very friendly and answer all of my questions. She was very detailed. I am looking forward to stopping by when I get in town.

I wish I could live here. The apartments are beautiful spacious and full of amenities. I loved the gym. Everything was modern I love the rooftop area and the staff was kind courteous and very helpful
