National publications constantly place Pittsburgh near the top of the list for most livable cities in America, and it’s easy to see why. The city has a rich history as an industrial and economic hub, which led to the construction of many grand buildings and public sculptures which still stand today. Downtown in particular is rich with beautifully preserved buildings and lush public parks dating back well over a century, giving the entire community a timeless atmosphere.
Pittsburgh is split into three sections by the rivers passing through the city: Downtown (a.k.a. “The Golden Triangle), the North Side, and the South Side. Each has its fair share of attractions and landmarks: the North Side is home to Acrisure Stadium and PNC Park (making it a perfect area for sports fans), the South Side features big, beautiful greenways and refurbished steel mills, and Downtown is where you’ll find the most variety in dining, nightlife, and entertainment.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Edgewood Court Apartments
I moved into my apartment beginning of July 2017 and since then it has been an absolute disaster....when I moved in it was a rush but I was told things would be cleaned up when I moved in absolutely nothing in the bathroom or kitchen had been cleaned other than the new floors that had been put in I have to drano my sink and tub at least once a month as well as snake it..I have made the complaint.. the kitchen cabinet were refinished but about a week ago I realized all of my food and seasonings had been infested with bugs and I have the photos for that as well.. in July around the end of the month the refrigerators motor went out mind you when we moved in the refrigerator was disgusting and needed to be cleaned out from top to bottom which I had to do...but when the motor blew my food was compromised and I was told there was nothing they could do. Now I have to deal with a clogged sink and tub at least once per month my kitchen sink smells horrid to the point my whole kitchen stinks even if it's spotless..the dishwasher is not able to be used due to the water not draining when you open the dishwasher the smell of mildew fills the apartment this has been an absolute horrific experience for me and I will reach anyone I can to express the lack of care being put into this apartment, Chuck is not helpful nor is he efficient with the quality of products put into the apertment ny stove was broke before I even moved in terrible experience I almost want to take the eviction and go to court with the company as a whole.. complained about my buzzer not working about two months ago and still not fixed when I moved in there was no mail box key provided it was about a month in I had to ask several times..the same mail slot is always open in my building just because there was no key provided to them so they had to speak to the mail courier directly to have them leave it open with is illegal
I love this place. It is beautiful, quiet and spacious. The leasing agent could not have been more helpful and informative. I recommend it to anybody.
Very nice community with well maintained grounds. It is in a nice and quit location and the manager Jordan is nice and always quick to respond to maintenance requests.
Thank You for letting me see this apartment I thought it was nice and cozy and I like the fact it was very close to bus transportation and their was a store near, as well I really liked the kitchen and bedroom sizes it was very clean. The person who escorted me was very plesant and very professional, and answered all my questions i would recommend this apartment complex..
Hi my name is Brian I reviewed Edgewood court a few weeks ago, it is located in a great quite area. The apartments were very very nice, clean, an everything was new. The only problem I had was that the apartment wasn't big enough for what there asking for a month. I was sold on the quality of the place but 710+ electric is just to much for the size of the place. I hope I help out as much as I can with this review thank you an have a blessed day.
