North Reading is a quaint, peaceful Boston suburb. This entire suburb is within the Ipswich River watershed, creating gorgeous wooded streets and lush parks with ponds and brooks. There are also several forests and reservations in and around town. With awe-inspiring natural beauty found throughout town, outdoor recreation is extremely popular here. Residents frequent surrounding natural areas such as the Harold Parker State Forest for fun. This state forest is great for biking, ice skating, horseback riding, hiking, and more. Families love North Reading because of the good schools in the area as well. Retaining the quality of simpler times, North Reading has many well-preserved homes dating back to 1720, along with several modern apartment complexes.
North Reading has a very close-knit community. The parks and recreation department is very active, hosting events in schools, the town hall, and parks throughout the year from cooking classes to youth sports games.

Property Ratings at Edgewood Apartments
There are so many new apartments in the adjoining cities and towns, the rents here are very high,, for apartments with 16 year old appliances, old carpeting, old fixtures in bathrooms. You would do much better in a newer apartment that would be the same rent or even lower.
I like the community here the residents are very friendly and it’s quiet. Really like the Postal Service in the Luxor that they have here if you’re expecting a package, you can feel secure that it’s locked up until you can retrieve it
I've lived here for 5 yrs or more , i love the community everyone's so nice, & my building is very quiet i work Monday through Friday 7:30-5:30.. I love the country feeling i get from living up here
We had to make a decision to move within a two week timeframe. Rachel and the staff have made the transition very easy and have communicated extremely well with all of our questions!

Great community. Great amenities. Love it. Happy to be living here and hope for many more years. In unit laundry and private balconies are my favorite.
The property management team keeps rotating staff, leaving new assistants completely clueless about handling lease renewals. On a positive note, the recent upgrade to the fitness center is a welcome improvement. However, in the business lounge, they replaced what should have been a versatile color printer with scanning capabilities and seamless iOS integration with a basic black-and-white model that's incompatible with Apple devices – quite the letdown. To top it off, they've hiked the rent by $200 each month annually with zero justification, and the overall customer service has been downright dismal.
Edgewood is definitely a large complex with multiple units run by a very efficient caring kind management team. This is not an apartment space being rented. It is a home that you can feel safe warm and well maintained by the Edgewood management community. It’s so nice to live where management respects You as a resident and maintains the “home “feeling each and every time you encounter them.
We’ve lived here for about two months and are very happy with our experience thus far. Tough to beat in surrounding area!

It is so quiet here. Very relaxing. I’ve been to the pool several times after work which I find is a great way to wind down from a stressful day
I just love it here at edgewood apts , management team Ariel, and Nina and all others always so professional and proficient, also maintainance is great always on a timely manner an fixes what needs to be fixed,
Here at Edgewood I have always felt that my little apartment has felt like home of the house I used to own the maintenance and management staff are above and beyond with being helpful, respectful and professional. They are kind, considerate and realistic two changes in life that people may occur. I’ve been here since the beginning and I hope I never have to leave. Edgewood is my home and the staff that maintain the complex reinforce that.
As always, the maintenance group here at Edgewood is always great.
We are very happy with the staff in the office and maintenance staff. They always try to take care of any situation within 24 hours.

I just moved into Edgewood Apartments and the unit is beautiful. The management is attentive and good with responding to concerns as well as welcoming!
Love living here but parking is sometimes an issue when I get home at 10:00 pm. There is also often dog poop on the grass out the back door.
Very quiet and peaceful. Haven’t slept this well for awhile. Extremely clean and well maintained. I’m glad I made the move. Looking forward to summer by the pool and relaxing on my days off.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience so far at Edgewood. The location is convenient, and I am happy with the amenities provided in my apartment. The only thing to mention is it is a bit hard to meet others around the community, it seems people generally keep to themselves, which isn't necessarily a bad thing.
The community is beautiful and the amenities are very much appreciated. Parking can be a challenge when returning after a long work night.
Very helpful and friendly staff, move in was easy, and it is a very nice place here! Clean and quiet! Parking is also easy to find, and I love the Luxer one package system
Everything went smooth and easy. The only thing was that I didn’t find out my application was accepted until 2 weeks before the move in date by calling and checking with the leasing office. Would have been good to know sooner, but other than that, pretty simple process.
Edgewood is a quite, safe place to live. Close to I93 to Boston and New Hampshire. Great area .
From meeting the office personnel for a tour, processing my lease , to maintenance requests everyone has been friendly and easy to communicate with. We are very happy with our unit.
I had an problem with the oven and the range hood fan. Both were out of service. I stopped by the office on a Sunday and reported the issue. When I came home from work on Monday evening both issues had been successfully repaired. I was pleasantly surprised with the speed and professionalism of the repairs. Thanks Maintenance staff.

We have lived in the Edgewood Apartments since 2018 when we needed to relocate to help family with major medical issues and Nina Marie was wonderful and compassionate with our family which we deeply appreciated. We have always been well taken care of with any apartment need and felt safe and proud of the environment.
I have not had a bad experience with anyone at Edgewood Apartments - from office staff to maintenance. Always respondung to my many questions. The grounds are always immaculate. We would highly recommend living here!

My bathroom faucet was old and it took me one visit to the office, then immediately the work order was put in, and the work was done the next day. Now that is what I call an excellent service!
Quiet community office staff are amazing always there to assist in problems or questions maintenance is helpful when there are problems rent is reasonable compared to some other communitiesI would recommend this community

My experience at Edgewood Apartments has been excellent from the get go. The personnel are amazing. They are more than willing to help with any questions. They helped me by walking through some of the application process as I’m not confident using the computer. The buildings are landscaped nicely and the hallways and apartments are very clean. The location is also great, close to the city and other amenities. The layout of the apartment is open and cozy. I’m very happy with my experience at Edgewood.
I have been here basically since it opened and I absolutely love it here. I sold my home and came here and this feels so much like home to me. The maintenance and management departments. are impeccable, kind professionally efficient people. I would hope to never have to leave. They all work so hard and they’re very quick and efficient. I am on my 15th year at Edgewood and I never had a paint job done for my apartment. Recently I requested management to paint my apartment but they refused the request. This upset me. I think being here for 14 years and 5 months I would deserve a paint job
I’ve lived here for 3 years. Great place for dog owners. Many areas to walk around. Safe and lit up at night. The location is great for commuters. The pool is a nice addition.
