Property Ratings at Edgecliff - Nassau Walnut Hill Apartments
I lived at Edge Cliff for the past three years and overall had a great experience. The location is definitely a highlight—tucked close to downtown and the nearby parks, it made commuting and getting outdoors incredibly convenient. The apartment itself was cozy and well-suited for one person, offering a comfortable living space. A couple of things to note: I would have appreciated built-in drawers, as there’s only cabinet storage, which made organizing a bit tricky. Also, the bathroom tends to trap moisture due to the lack of a ventilation system, so it’s important to keep the window open to help with airflow. That said, the property was well-maintained, and the management team was always responsive and helpful with any requests or concerns. I appreciated how attentive they were throughout my time there.
I lived at 925 Nassau for a year and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to Eden Park, the Krohn Conservatory, and the Cincinnati Art Museum. I also discovered several community gardens nearby, which offered a meaningful way to connect with and give back to the neighborhood. The apartment itself was charming, with plenty of space and beautiful natural light from the many windows. I had recently moved back to the U.S. from another country with my cat, and the transition was smooth and comfortable. The neighbors in the building were also friendly and respectful. Philippe and Isabelle are wonderful landlords—responsive, thoughtful, and open to new ideas. When I expressed interest in composting, for example, they quickly supported and implemented the idea. I couldn’t have asked for a better rental experience.
