During 1800s, Fountain Square served as Indianapolis' commercial hub. Today, those historic brick warehouses and factories house everything from restaurants to lofts to movie theaters. This is Downtown Indy, only quirky. In Fountain Square, you'll find things like Duckpin Bowling, the Rooftop Garden Lounge, and the White Rabbit Cabaret.
Now considered Indy's Cultural District, historic Fountain Square contains a variety of restaurants, theaters, antique stores, art galleries, studios, and funky shops selling everything from flowers to comic books. Fountain Square is just a little over a mile southeast of Downtown Indianapolis and is home to the Murphy Arts Building.

Walking distance to food recreation business etc. Recently built building good appliances clean etc. Unfortunately minimum one internet outage a month if not more and power outages every few months. Also lots of people ignoring the no smoking rules.

Lived in a 2 bedroom and then a 1 bedroom at Edge35 for about three years. If I had stayed in Indy, I'd definitely still be living there. Units are well maintained, management is responsive to concerns. Located in Fountain Square, which is a quaint funky area with plenty to do.

I came to Edge 35 in June of 2023 and I could not be happier about my choice! I have lived in several "luxury" complexes in the downtown Indy area and Edge by far has been the best. From my first appointment, to move-in, to lease renewal, it has been a super smooth and transparent process. Kinsey is THE best leasing agent I've ever had. You can really tell she and the other staff go above and beyond to make us feel supported and at home. Additionally, the property is really cute and very well maintained - not to mention the best location for someone who loves Fountain Square! I would highly recommend Edge 35!

The location of this apartment is unbeatable. You can walk and bike to so many coffee shops, book stores, bars, stores etc in less than 10 min. The apartments themselves are kept really clean, maintenance solves your issues quickly and the management team are great to work with.

Lived here for 1yr+. The staff is phenomenal and has listened to every concern, the maintenance man is also kind and has helped fix anything i've needed. The property is well kept and clean. I've never had any issues with parking or receiving packages. The only downsides are that if you face the main road you hear a lot of fire trucks go by since it's next to a fire station, however it's in an urban area so noise occasionally is expected.

I’ve lived at Edge 35 for 2 years and I’m about to renew my lease again. I love this place that I call home! The property is fresh, new and beautiful with tons of amenities, including a brand new gym. Located in hip Fountain Square, I’m just a short walk to fun and food but my favorite thing to do is relax on my balcony and enjoy this wonderful neighborhood.

Edge 35 is the best apartment complex I have lived at since I moved to Indianapolis in 2019! The staff is friendly and responds to any questions or maintenance requests in a timely manner. The property is always clean and the gym in the complex is excellent! Lastly, the apartments are spacious, have lots of storage space, and come with up-to-date appliances.

I have been living at this property for a few weeks now and I am very happy with my decision. The amenities are nice, I couldn’t ask for a better gym to use and just the location in general had had me exploring more of fountain square. I would definitely recommend living here.

I have been living here at Edge 35 since June! I have never had any problems living here! The spaces are clean, updated, and the gym is amazing! I feel very safe living here and I have no intention of leaving soon! It’s a great place to live and I would recommend the area and building to anyone:)

I’ve lived here for over a year and don’t see that changing anytime soon! I chose these apartments for the location and ended up being super happy with everything else. Staff is so nice and helpful, maintenance staff is great and quick to respond. The building is cleaned frequently and the new gym has been a great perk. I’d recommend any day!

I will say this is my first apartment experience and Edge 35 has made me feel welcomed! The staff is amazing, the gym is really nice for an apartment, they do little events for holidays and stuff to get to know the people you live around and just all around a beautiful place. Our view is amazing (especially when the sun sets!) 10/10 would recommend this place!!

Love living here. Maintenance is fantastic. Knew appliances and apartments. Comfortable garage where I can Just head right into the building. Would recommend to anyone.

I’ve lived in 7 different apartment complexes and Edge 35 is by far the best. The units are great, but what makes it amazing is the staff. Maintenance & front desk is fast, polite, and very helpful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in Indy.

I've been living here a few months and have had nothing but great experiences so far. Everyone has been kind, the location is perfect. Maintenance is super quick (all my stuff has been done the same day) the front desk is always friendly and says hello. Packages haven't been lost or stolen, and they have also kept all the community spaces in great shape. Super glad I chose to live here.
