Thank you to all the staff at Eden's Edge! We'd been looking at apartments for a few weeks and really didn't know where we were going to live. Our lease was about up so we had to make a decision quick. We visited Eden's Edge and the staff were really friendly. Great customer service. We viewed the furnished apartment and liked the kitchen a lot. The countertops are really nice. We really like the dining room. The bedrooms were nice and big. Lots of closet space. We ended up going with the 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom. The staff was great. We moved in on a Saturday, which we were really about because we were nervous that the staff were not going to be there to help. There were really helpful. The apartment was in good condition when we moved in. The staff actually helped us move that was great because I was very stressed out but they were great. I was a little worried about living on the Westside but we've had no problem. There's a gate at the entrance so there is security. We had one maintainence request that was fixed very quickly. We are really happy here and the dog loves it!
I moved in a day before new management took over, around June 26th 2018, The gate is still broke in the new year of 2019. Honestly I can’t wait until my lease is over the new staff is incompetent and rude. I’ve requested 5-6 service request since I’ve lived here, 4 on the very 1st day. I gave them the benefit of the doubt I gave my requests to the old staff so I came in the next day to give my service request to the new team. I’m still waiting for 4 of them to get resolved or at least checked on. The main issue I had was with a leaking AC, I got a lot of mixed responses but the best one had to be “everyone’s walls are leaking due to construction” it took 3-4 months of constant hounding to get anyone over to check it, mold was developing from the water and the floor was caving in. They don’t knock, just barge in when bringing workers over, it’s a terrible feeling of invasion of privacy when you worry about one of your service request finally getting fixed and them barging into your apartment with no heads up.

We pride ourselves on achieving high quality standards and our goal is to make you happy. Our records do not reflect any outstanding issues dating back to June and we're anxious to address your concerns. The gate system has been repaired several times in recent months from cars hitting the gates and most recently sustained significant damage as a result of a lightning strike. If you're looking for nice apartments with quality service and lower prices. Good luck and don't look here. The staff here is nice, but they are practically incapable of getting anything done. A simple issue of having an in-unit washer fixed takes hounding someone for WEEKS to get anything done. I've made 3 service requests over the last month on the same issue; still nothing. For how much I pay for a single bedroom per month, this place is not worth it. I'd move if I wasn't getting orders in the next year. I tell all my military friends to stay away. Oh, and their website? All of the resident functionality never existed and the account for the website EXPIRED! Clearly nobody cared enough to keep that part of their business functional.
I contacted the property very late one evening and received an automatic reply within minutes. Once the leasing office opened, Alberto emailed asking for more info about what I was looking for in a new apartment. Within hours, he'd helped me choose a floor plan, I toured the property and signed a lease. Every step so far has been smooth. Alberto was easy to communicate with and provided a great amount of support during this hectic process. The property is gated. The area it's located in is growing & I like that. The property is clean. Residents were friendly. I look forward to my first year at Eden's Edge.

I loved living here when Peagus Management team owned the property. NOW that American Management has come in things have become so unorganized. I went in to sign my renewed lease and was given two different responses in regards to the process in the same day by their employees. I was asked to come into the office on two separate occasions to sign a renewal lease and on both occasions they were having issues pullling up the lease and asked me to come back both times (such an inconvenience). If they don't have an answer they will make something up. Every announcement they send out to the complex is poorly written with numerous grammatical errors. The email they sent out requesting tenants write this review was also poorly written. It is clear that the company lacks in the training and development of their staff. They also allow tenants to get away with too much. There have been three different occasions when the gate has been broken and they have yet to fix it. Now we have crack heads walking through the property looking in people's cars. Since the gate has been open 3 cars were broken into within a month time frame. I can tell that management is lacking at this complex. It is unfortunate and I can not wait until my lease is up. Good luck to future residents who believe the lies others are posting online to receive a free Starbucks card.
Toni was the greatest! All of the staff (especially Toni!) were friendly and attentive to my needs. The amenities and spacious rooms are a plus! I am excited and happy with my decision to move and become part of the Eden's Edge community.
I have lived at Eden's Edge (formerly Island Club at Wilson) for over 6 years. It's pretty much a quiet community. The owners have done a good job with up-keep of the community. The only complaint that I have is that the new office staff could be friendlier.
