Now you probably won’t catch many people turning in early in Downtown Huntsville. It’s one of the city’s most active neighborhoods – everyone’s out having a great time. From its vintage accessory stores to gourmet restaurants and breweries, this community has it all. What could be better? Maybe that you’re in walking distance of everything.
Even though it’s right near Interstate 565, locals prefer the city shuttle for their daily commutes around Huntsville. With rampant revitalization happening in the area, it may look as though the Alabama Constitution Museum is stuck in the 1800s – well, that’s because it is…sort of. It’s a living history museum and the site that launched Alabama into the Union in 1819.
Outside of their Downtown Huntsville apartments, locals enjoy spending their mornings walking at Bay Springs International Park. After a stroll along the trail, grab a quick lunch at Pane E Vino pizzeria near the Huntsville Museum of Art.

The Eclipse Apartment Residences is located in a very nice area of downtown Huntsville. The community is situated directly across from Big Spring Park where there is often much to do. Many fun events and activities are held in the park and the Eclipse location makes attending them very easy. The Eclipse is also within walking distance to the Art Museum, Von Braun Center and downtown Huntsville. There are many restaurants and unique stores to explore nearby. Eclipse Apartment Residences is definitely worth checking out if you are looking for a place to call home in Huntsville.

Fires alarms go off often enough. The mandatory valet trash is not very cool either. Every time I try to use the trash it doesn’t get picked up so I just gave up and still pay the fee every month. There are trash shoots in walking distance so it’s just easier to do that. But other than that I guess the location is pretty nice or at least will be much nicer in 5 years when all the construction is done and shops move into the empty spaces.

My first impression of the community was unique, and entertaining. Heard a large argument in a hallway of a resident not picking up poop after their dog in the hallway. Although this may seem like a hostile encounter, the way I see it is that residents care about the cleanliness of their building.

The Eclipse Apartment Residences has the absolute best location for enjoying Big Spring Park and events in the downtown Huntsville area. If you are looking for a place that offers convenience to local entertainment, then the Eclipse is worth checking out.
Apartment is in a great location and typically remains clean. The situation with the fire was not addressed well and caused major disturbances and the impacted floors. Think management could be much more communicative & helpful in situations such as these.

Overall pretty good. The move in went well. I think the people in the leasing area can be more friendly, whenever I talk to them I feel like I'm inconveniencing them. I've only talked to two of them so this may not be all of them

I moved in over the weekend and it has been such a pleasant and smooth experience. The security and safety of a "gated community" feel is something I've never experienced, but that's what we have here at Eclipse. I've never had more peace of mind in any home I've ever lived in as an adult. Also, this location is just fantastic. Walking to get groceries, walking to go for entertainment downtown, being right across from Big Spring Park....this is why I've wanted to live here since they finished building it, and I'm so thankful for the opportunity to finally have moved in.

Great place in my first two months! I was able to quickly find a unit to move in to when relocating back to Huntsville! The apartment building is always clean and smells great and everyone is friendly!

Eclipse Apartment Residences is a great place to call home. The location is perfect! Big Spring Park is right across the street where many events occur each month. The art museum and the Propst arena are also within easy walking distance. This is a very walkable area in Huntsville and full of many things to do. There are lots of great restaurants. The amenities at Eclipse are nice. There is a well-equipped fitness center and attractive pool. Pets are welcomed. Eclipse is definitely an apartment community to consider as home.

Just recently moved in and we are loving it! I love how they keep us updated on events within our own complex and all the extra amenities as in pool table, shuffle board etc. Everyone has been super nice and Its really great how they keep all the neighbors connected and the location is quite amazing in itself!! The building is absolutely beautiful, and my overall experience has been wonderful so far. Although there was a minor issue with the original unit I was supposed to move into on my scheduled date, October 30, the staff truly went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They made sure I had a unit ready on time, and their effort did not go unnoticed. I want to give a special shoutout to Beth, who was incredibly helpful and made the process so much smoother with her kindness and professionalism. The layout of the building can be a bit confusing, and even after a few weeks, I’m still learning my way around. However, it’s been incredibly quiet and peaceful here, which I’ve enjoyed. I haven’t met many neighbors yet, but I’m looking forward to the summer when the pool becomes a hub for socializing. It seems like a great place to meet more people and build a sense of community.

They keep the common area and the pool very clean (unlike our previous appointment). It is a little noisy in the apartment, but not unbearable. Love the location!!

I am glad that I chose to move here. There have been some hiccups along the way, but overall it has been a very good experience this year. Problems have included inferior washer connection resulting in flooding and many false fire alarms. This is balanced by a long list of positives, such as cleanliness, responsive management, efficient and fast maintenance responses, and the convenience of the dog friendly amenities.

Eclipse Apartment Residences has been the perfect place to live in Huntsville. The location could not be better! Downtown, Big Spring Park, entertainment, restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance. Eclipse has nice floor plans, a beautiful pool area and plenty of fitness equipment. Fire alarm isssues for over a year, no real concerns of safety. Offered free months rent to compensate but they still are rampantly blaring at 3 am.

Great place to live with pet friend and family especially if you work at HH or downtown area. Save the way of round trip to the work Walking on the Big spring park is the best advantage to live here

This place was such a letdown :( The location is magnificent but beyond that it has very little to offer. Maintenance issues are a constant from alarms, to elevators, to gate, to power and water. And unfortunately when you bring issues to their attention it’s takes months and a good amount of checking in to have it sorted.

Eclipse has been a wonderful place to live. It is clean, well managed, and provides a great community to live in. My only complaint is maintenance is slow to respond
Eclipse Apartments is located right next to Big Spring Park. It is a perfect place to enjoy all the offerings of downtown Huntsville. There are plenty of things to do and see in the area. The Eclipse Apartments are well-maintained with great amenities and a friendly staff. It is definitely a place that you can call home.
My experience moving in was fantastic. The units are well-kept and the staff were extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better community to be a part of.
I have only lived here 3 days now, but it's pretty decent. It seems I get an email every 30 minutes for a new app the apartment uses. It's a lot of stuff to juggle. Wish they just had one app that did it all.

I could go on and on about the issues with the fire alarms and all other inconveniences going on, I would not recommend these apartments to anyone I know until they get everything 100% situated, however I’ve seen the most action from the apartment the past month than I have the entire time I’ve been here. I appreciate the recognition of the terrible conditions residents have had to endure.

The staff is pleasant to work with. The community amenities are nice. The events they hold are fun. As I'm assuming with any new building the Fire Alarm issue will hopefully be fixed as I've been here a year and have had about 7 fire alarms. I think next time I live anywhere the community needs to be established so there aren't all the bumps and bruises of the retail, restaurants and new building issues. Other than that, the location is great.

Eclipse Apartments is located in a great area of Huntsville. It is near beautiful Big Spring Park and the downtown area. The Art Museum is also nearby. A very nice grocery store is even within walking distance. The amenities at Eclipse are very nice with a fitness area, dog park and attractive pool area. It offers a convenient parking deck. The noise level is low and security is excellent. Eclipse Apartments is a great place to call home.
I love it. Very quiet. The clubhouse is the most peaceful place in the apartment. The people are nice they speak & ask how you day is going. Also I love the apartment management. You go guys.
The apartment complex has many amazing amenities, I frequent the gym and the gym gets the majority of what I want done. Along with this there is plenty of parking around the apartment area.
