I recently moved in, and my commute to Norcross cut in half. I got the A2 which is very big for me and my husband. The office and maintenance are down to earth and really made my move and experience really well.

I love living here. It’s close to everything you could need. Right next to a major highway too, but fortunately you don’t hear all the highway noise. The back area by the pond is beautiful and offers a nice view with places to sit and grill. The pool and gym are well maintained too.

This community is quiet I mean the same here is good especially to maintenance Supervisor. The office has seen quite a bit of turnover, which is not always favorable but things seem to be going well. The new grounds person is on top of things around the common area.

I've lived here for four years and during that time, we had some management company and team changes. The community is hard to reach on the phone. Everyone sounds polite, but very few are helpful. Maintenance has had high turnover and one, in particular, was rude to me and wouldn't service my home because I asked him to wear a mask. Pest control issues aren't handled in a timely manner, which caused me an inconvenience to have to get an overdue complaint addressed urgently several months later due to their neglect. The trash collection is spotty. There are several rules that can easily cause your trash not to get collected and the list keeps growing, but they also are no-shows on several occasions. Nothing is prorated regardless of how badly services have been. When wanting to use the amenities during Covid and making reservations, other residents wouldn't and management didn't enforce it. Instead, I was the one that ended up not being able to use the amenities. This happened at least four or five times. All of these things have happened during my years here and while I think the property is beautiful and that the area is nice and in a great school district (the reason I moved here), it's clear they don't appreciate their residents. As a result, they wouldn't renew my lease. I didn't even know this was a possibility, but due to my concerns about their lack of professionalism and consistency, I wasn't offered a renewal. My rent has never been late or short. I have no complaints from my neighbors AND I actually get along very well with a few of them. I maintain my apartment with regular carpet cleanings and touch-up painting of the walls, and I am definitely respectful to the property. But hey, what's most important is that you keep your mouth shut. Nothing else matters. I'm moving soon and I'm grateful for a fresh start and a much larger space in an even nicer community. It's time to go.

Provenza move-in experience was surprising easy to following the online steps and management answered all of my questions via email if needed. I was very impressed with the apartment layout and design. It actually feel like a home environment and the community is quite during the day and night. The apartments homes are nettled in a small wooded area just off of interstate 85 north/south. Many restaurants, local shoppes, Sugarloaf mills mall, local super markets to choose from. Come on over and make the community of Provenza your home with their friendly staff.

I have had no issues thus far. The leasing office staff is very punctual and professional. I love my unit. It’s beautiful and comfy. I am afraid of bugs and I see centipedes from time to time, but that’s the worst I’ve experienced and hopefully the only bad thing. I would recommend a terrace level because of the flooring, but I hear my neighbors above. That’s not too big of a complaint.

As long as you dont ever need anything you'll be great. Which is unlikely so probably look elsewhere. Or if your okay with the front office taking over 7 months to accomplish something they promised and being completly uncommunicative maybe this obviously overpriced place is for you.

I love living at the Provenza at Old Peachtree!!! My apartment is absolutely gorgeous, the community is pure quality and the professionalism of the office staff is outstanding! Thai, Abby and Alley really care about the residents here and go above and beyond to ensure your happy.
Provenza Old Peachtree is a great to live. It is family oriented and the amenities are awesome.
Do not live here! We moved out in January and still haven't received our deposit back. I have called multiple times and they claim to be "overnighting it". We still have not received it. I called to ask about the issue, and they said they would call with the check number for me. I never received a call back. In addition, our final bill with the water/trash/sewage company is supposed to be paid out of our security deposit. This is written in our lease. When I asked the property management about the issue, they acted as if they had no idea what I was talking about. THIS IS WRITTEN IN OUR LEASE. I also called the water/trash/sewage company to pay the bill, and they said it must be paid through the apartment complex, so now I have an unpaid bill in my name that I cannot pay.
My experience at the Heights at Old Peachtree has been pleasant and certainly worth every penny. The amenities are great and the staff are incredible.
Good place to live.
New noisy neighbors are making it impossible to live here. Above unit has sound system going on past midnight. Have filed complaints twice and no action taken. Apartments are cheaply made, you hear every foot step. These are not worth what you pay for. Can't wait til contract is up.

I would be more than happy to discuss your issue with noise in the office. We take noise complaints seriously, but it does take time and we need verified noise before we take extreme steps. If it's happening after midnight, please call our courtesy officer so he can come out and hear the noise and also speak with the resident causing the noise. The more documentation we have of a noise issue, the better we can address the situation. Again, please stop by the office so we can discuss and find a resolution to this issue.
