Perfect building for someone moving from out of town because it brings modern loft living into the middle of the coolest neighborhoods in Los Angeles. The rooftop area is a great place to have a gathering and includes a really nice grill set up. Secure, gated parking is provided as well. All units include washer/dryer in unit and lots of concrete, metal railing, and big windows. The only downfall is it may be a little expensive and the alley by the parking sometimes has riff raff.
