Great, quite community. This complex is very dog friendly which is important to me. I worked with Bentina who answered all of my questions quickly and made the transition into my new home seamless. This is a great place for people to live for those who have families or dogs and I have really enjoyed my experience living in Lakeview Terrace.

This apartment complex is very nice I was looking for a quiet neighborhood it has plenty of parking too. My moving process was so smooth thanks to Bentina, leasing professional she is very helpful I highly recommend her!

I have lived at Eatoncrest for five years and have enjoyed every moment. The property and landscaping are well maintained . I love that they are a pet friendly community with a doggie park for my fur baby. Joe is and always has been there no matter what issue I may have and handles them with a quick and professional response. The pool area has recently received a makeover and it looks great, looking forward to another fun filled summer. When I was looking for a new place and met with Joe, I knew this was where I was going to live and it would be where I would call home for a long time. I would absolutely recommend Eatoncrest to anyone looking for a place to call home. The office staff are all wonderful people, friendly and always ready to assist you when you walk through the door.
We have lived here over a year now. The apartments are so spacious and clean. Joe and the staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept beautiful every day by friendly courteous workers. Maintenance staff are super. My son and I absolutely LOVE the pool in the summer which is kept in tip-top shape, with lifeguards staffed. I feel so safe here, and am so happy we finally found a lovely place we can call our home
DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! yes the rent is cheap but this place is a DUMP. mold infested, wild cats everywhere, literally man who is in my dumpster daily picking through my things. GROSS. I have called about the mold on multiple occasions and they said its from the 'weather' I'm sorry but the WEATHER doesn't create mold on my couches, in my closets, in my air conditioner, and cause my floor boards to warp. Its literally a mold infestation and all the problems are temporarily 'fixed'. The cats are EVERYWHERE outside. Meaning it smells like pee 24/7 and there are fleas everywhere. They even will jump on me if I go outside. The dumpster diver is a regular in my dumpster. I have to make sure I shred all my mail just to ensure he doesn't get his hands on it. Heck, he probably knows my name just from picking through my trash. I've called the leasing office about him on multiple occasions too saying I am scared for my safety and they say there is nothing they can do. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Awful, got stuck living here a few years and we can’t wait to escape! avoid renting here: -Cockroaches in our cabinets! The exterminator had to come a few times to keep them at bay. And we clean constantly. -Huge mold issue in the bathroom, there is no exhaust fan (which is weird) so it grows fast, which is bad if you have children because it causes allergies. -They use leaf blowers to remove snow at 2am, even on weekdays. It is LOUD and goes on for hours. -You can hear and smell everything your neighbors are doing (their conversations, television, cooking, etc.). -Don’t count on sleeping well at night, it’s always noisy. There is a highway that boarders a bunch of the complexes. -the gym is disgusting, no one ever cleans it. Half of the machines are out of order and the bathroom goes weeks without toilet paper. -Overpriced, especially since the apartments have not been renovated in decades. The kitchen floors are vinyl and the windows barely open. -people don’t pick up after their dogs, so the kids step in it a lot. -management is rude and disrespectful. -you have to PAY THEM to break your lease, even with all these issues!! DON’T MOVE HERE.

I have a 2 bedroom here. You can not break your lease or move out without having to PAY THEM( a list of rules to move out), it's a chess game. My bathroom flooded out(from upstairs apartment), it took over a YEAR, many calls and office visits for them to fix it. The office staff act like kids. The one and ONLY good thing about being here is the washer and dryer in unit. DO NOT RENT HERE! If you choose to live here ask the people around here and they will warn you as well.

My apartment is awesome! It's a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, affordable apartment. It has a large kitchen, large living area, and a decent size bedroom. My favorite features of my apartment is that it comes with a washer, dryer, and dishwasher!! The apartment also comes with hardwood floors and you can have pets.
Overall, for an apartment building in the state of NJ I am happy. Everything in my apartment is new and clean. The maintence outside is well kept. We have a pool, dog park, and tennis court. I do wish there was more lighting at night time outside when I walk my dog, and I wish everything was not electric based.
