Omg the whole process was easy and customer service great

Still satisfied with staff and management after 7 years. Prompt response from maintenance if needed, which is seldom. I definitely am grateful for the updates on any outside construction or road improvements . My only complaint would be the difficulty reading the parking lot repaving map. The colors are difficult for me because of the black background.

Time resolution My concerns were address right away, which made me a happy resident.

There have been a number of improvements throughout the complex over the last couple of years. I am very pleased to be a resident here.

Bad Customer Service Office staff is rude and seem put off when you have a maintenance request or problem. Takes forever to get things resolved. Maintenance staff is friendly, but it rare that things are fixed correctly the first time. One day I walked in to the office to ask about an issue I was having, the staff member I encountered had their feet up on the desk leaning back in the chair, and told me I would have to make an appointment, all while never standing up from the chair. Just puts a bad taste in your mouth.

I love it here! I love Eastwood! The staff is friendly, the area is nice and the maintenance crew is on point!

Amazing service. My oven went out and they were able to get me a new one within two hours of taking the old one out.

Responded to the request quickly (same day). However, the issue with the dishwasher unfortunately still exists . Will require a other visit by maintenance.

Resident Feedback I have been a resident here for five years and have generally enjoyed living in the community. However, I would like to share some feedback regarding my apartment. During my time here, I have not received any upgrades inside my unit. My stove and refrigerator are quite old, and the kitchen sink water does not get cold unless it runs for several minutes. I have also experienced issues with wasps and spiders. When I first moved in, the blinds were not replaced and are now looking worn. I inquired about this previously and was informed that since they were not broken, they would not be replaced. Similarly, the bathtub paint is chipped; although someone came to inspect it, there has been no follow-up or resolution. I have noticed that a family member who recently moved in received new appliances and blinds, which are clean and in good condition. While I have always paid my rent on time and appreciate the overall community, I feel that long-term residents like myself could benefit from similar attention and updates. Additionally, I recently renewed my lease and am due for a carpet cleaning, but I am still waiting to hear from the office regarding scheduling. I hope the management team can address these concerns and consider improvements for residents who have remained in the community for several years. Thank you for your time and consideration.

could be better In general they do mainenance poorly. But it looks like new manager requested them to spy for customers and report about having dogs and even signs of dogs presents. It is ugly, poor management.

Great Maintenance Team I submitted a request re: a leaky faucet. Maintenance was out & issue addressed the same day. So impressed with this great team.

Easy fast best movin ever I had an emergency and was stuck in a tight situation, I had to move in a jiffy!! The Eastwood was the best choice. They made it fast and easy to apply and move in. We love it here and are glad we made the right choice.

Vandalized vehicle Somebody vandalize my vehicle and the leasing office did not do anything about it for us trying to help me or figure anything out. They just kept telling me that I had had a police come and talk to them and I also filed a police report because now I don’t feel safe because my car was being messed with on your property so I’m thinking about moving

A great place to live! I have been a resident for the past three years. The management team (leasing agents) and maintenance are great. I do not usually endorse products, services, etc.; however, it would be an injustice if I did not speak up on behalf of Eastside Village Apartments. Most residents that I meet have been here for a long time, and that also goes to their endorsement. People would not stay if they were not happy.

A great place to live. I had been at Eastwood Village Apartments for two years before downsizing (moving from two bedroom to a one-bedroom). They made this process easy for me and attended to my needs. The leasing agents were professional as aways, and I am happy that I made the decision to continue to be a part of this community.

Although I was taken aback by the beautiful grounds, the apartment that I viewed did not compare. It was a bit of a letdown. The representative, Jennifer was delightful. It's really too bad that the apartment wasn't in the least bir upgraded.

Wish the complex would offer to clean up the water that leaked onto the carpet still wet where AC leaked. Fan on it for two full days and nights. Will not dry…worried about mold forming. Otherwise, problem was attended to promptly and courteously.

Once the Paragon Properties Maintenance arrived Monday morning, he quickly, efficiently and correctly anchored the door to the apartment. It is the best it has ever been. Better than when I first moved in three years ago. it turned out that the hinges were previously incorrectly anchored.

Three weeks delay My initial call was for a leak in my bath tub, it took three weeks to get that fixed. Now I only get warm water not hot. My A/C went out which was odd cause it was a new furnace, that took 4 days

Great experience!! We took our tour with Jennifer and had a great experience! She was super friendly and helpful with us, and we liked the place so much we applied and sign next week!

The girls are the best. First of all I would love to thank Jennifer and Tiffany personally. These two ladies made moving into my new apartment very smooth and helped every step of the way.

Had a laundry list of things for them to look at. They took care of it the next day.. I appreciate all that you do in a timely and efficient manner. It makes living at Eastwood Village Apartments a pleasant and rewarding experience.

I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and it’s been a beautiful experience. I recommend it to all of my friends. The office staff is exceptionally helpful, especially Tiffany! 10/10 would live here forever if i could.

A/c systems here suck, the vents are wacky you can’t feel it in some rooms. They told my neighbor that you won’t feel it in the other room because how they installed the vent system. They’ll say your A/c is fine just by hooking up something to the side of it, and disregarding what you say about it. Don’t come to this apartment if you like to cook because the stove is the worst stove you’ll ever cook on.

These apartments were built in the 1980's and very few have any of the upgrades and amenities listed here. The appliances and fixtures are all original. Common hallways are not cleaned and trash is everywhere. Car break-in's are a regular occurrence. There is no night surveillance. My apartment was broken into through the patio door. My car was vandalized. I reported it to the office and was told to call the police and have them dust for fingerprints.

I absolutely HATE living here. I have experienced so may problems while living here. When i first moved here my air conditioning wasnt working. i called maintenance to fix it. They came out over 5 times and the issue was NEVER resolved. Luckily for me fall was right around the corner. I also have a unit that comes with the washer and dryer. The outlet for my washer and dryer keep going out. As i am writing this, it went out today, and maintenance was here yesterday to fix it for the 5 time. My apartment also has gnats. I am a very clean person. I make sure that there are never dishes left in the sink, i never leave fruit out, and i wipe everything down with beach. They have sent "exterminators" out twice & i still have them. I literally cant take a sip of juice out of a cup without immediately covering it up before a gnat flies in it. Its really annoying. I cannot wait to move out of this place.

I love living here, the staff is always so HELPFUL!! The inside of my apartment is so nice and I always feel so incredibly welcomed. Today Tiffany helped me with putting money on my Laundry card with Big Smile! The Resident Events are Always so nice and I love meeting new people!!!! :)

The staff is very friendly. The maintenance people are quick to respond and fix problems , they are also professional. They clean-up their messes!

Tiffany was phenomenal from the very start. I could tell she really cared about making sure I was satisfied about everything concerning renting my first apartment. The application process and the viewing of the apartment model was a pleasant experience for me. She is very good at what she does, and she seems to really enjoy her work. I am grateful to have a wonderful memory, especially because it was the first time I ever applied for an apartment.
