Resident Feedback I have been a resident here for five years and have generally enjoyed living in the community. However, I would like to share some feedback regarding my apartment. During my time here, I have not received any upgrades inside my unit. My stove and refrigerator are quite old, and the kitchen sink water does not get cold unless it runs for several minutes. I have also experienced issues with wasps and spiders. When I first moved in, the blinds were not replaced and are now looking worn. I inquired about this previously and was informed that since they were not broken, they would not be replaced. Similarly, the bathtub paint is chipped; although someone came to inspect it, there has been no follow-up or resolution. I have noticed that a family member who recently moved in received new appliances and blinds, which are clean and in good condition. While I have always paid my rent on time and appreciate the overall community, I feel that long-term residents like myself could benefit from similar attention and updates. Additionally, I recently renewed my lease and am due for a carpet cleaning, but I am still waiting to hear from the office regarding scheduling. I hope the management team can address these concerns and consider improvements for residents who have remained in the community for several years. Thank you for your time and consideration.

could be better In general they do mainenance poorly. But it looks like new manager requested them to spy for customers and report about having dogs and even signs of dogs presents. It is ugly, poor management.

Great Maintenance Team I submitted a request re: a leaky faucet. Maintenance was out & issue addressed the same day. So impressed with this great team.

Easy fast best movin ever I had an emergency and was stuck in a tight situation, I had to move in a jiffy!! The Eastwood was the best choice. They made it fast and easy to apply and move in. We love it here and are glad we made the right choice.

Vandalized vehicle Somebody vandalize my vehicle and the leasing office did not do anything about it for us trying to help me or figure anything out. They just kept telling me that I had had a police come and talk to them and I also filed a police report because now I don’t feel safe because my car was being messed with on your property so I’m thinking about moving

A great place to live! I have been a resident for the past three years. The management team (leasing agents) and maintenance are great. I do not usually endorse products, services, etc.; however, it would be an injustice if I did not speak up on behalf of Eastside Village Apartments. Most residents that I meet have been here for a long time, and that also goes to their endorsement. People would not stay if they were not happy.

A great place to live. I had been at Eastwood Village Apartments for two years before downsizing (moving from two bedroom to a one-bedroom). They made this process easy for me and attended to my needs. The leasing agents were professional as aways, and I am happy that I made the decision to continue to be a part of this community.

Although I was taken aback by the beautiful grounds, the apartment that I viewed did not compare. It was a bit of a letdown. The representative, Jennifer was delightful. It's really too bad that the apartment wasn't in the least bir upgraded.

Wish the complex would offer to clean up the water that leaked onto the carpet still wet where AC leaked. Fan on it for two full days and nights. Will not dry…worried about mold forming. Otherwise, problem was attended to promptly and courteously.

Once the Paragon Properties Maintenance arrived Monday morning, he quickly, efficiently and correctly anchored the door to the apartment. It is the best it has ever been. Better than when I first moved in three years ago. it turned out that the hinges were previously incorrectly anchored.

Three weeks delay My initial call was for a leak in my bath tub, it took three weeks to get that fixed. Now I only get warm water not hot. My A/C went out which was odd cause it was a new furnace, that took 4 days

Great experience!! We took our tour with Jennifer and had a great experience! She was super friendly and helpful with us, and we liked the place so much we applied and sign next week!

The girls are the best. First of all I would love to thank Jennifer and Tiffany personally. These two ladies made moving into my new apartment very smooth and helped every step of the way.

Had a laundry list of things for them to look at. They took care of it the next day.. I appreciate all that you do in a timely and efficient manner. It makes living at Eastwood Village Apartments a pleasant and rewarding experience.

I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and it’s been a beautiful experience. I recommend it to all of my friends. The office staff is exceptionally helpful, especially Tiffany! 10/10 would live here forever if i could.

A/c systems here suck, the vents are wacky you can’t feel it in some rooms. They told my neighbor that you won’t feel it in the other room because how they installed the vent system. They’ll say your A/c is fine just by hooking up something to the side of it, and disregarding what you say about it. Don’t come to this apartment if you like to cook because the stove is the worst stove you’ll ever cook on.

These apartments were built in the 1980's and very few have any of the upgrades and amenities listed here. The appliances and fixtures are all original. Common hallways are not cleaned and trash is everywhere. Car break-in's are a regular occurrence. There is no night surveillance. My apartment was broken into through the patio door. My car was vandalized. I reported it to the office and was told to call the police and have them dust for fingerprints.

I absolutely HATE living here. I have experienced so may problems while living here. When i first moved here my air conditioning wasnt working. i called maintenance to fix it. They came out over 5 times and the issue was NEVER resolved. Luckily for me fall was right around the corner. I also have a unit that comes with the washer and dryer. The outlet for my washer and dryer keep going out. As i am writing this, it went out today, and maintenance was here yesterday to fix it for the 5 time. My apartment also has gnats. I am a very clean person. I make sure that there are never dishes left in the sink, i never leave fruit out, and i wipe everything down with beach. They have sent "exterminators" out twice & i still have them. I literally cant take a sip of juice out of a cup without immediately covering it up before a gnat flies in it. Its really annoying. I cannot wait to move out of this place.

Just got done paying my rent had a great experience with Tiffany she is very helpful and I love living here!!!!!

I love living here, the staff is always so HELPFUL!! The inside of my apartment is so nice and I always feel so incredibly welcomed. Today Tiffany helped me with putting money on my Laundry card with Big Smile! The Resident Events are Always so nice and I love meeting new people!!!! :)

The staff is very friendly. The maintenance people are quick to respond and fix problems , they are also professional. They clean-up their messes!

Tiffany was phenomenal from the very start. I could tell she really cared about making sure I was satisfied about everything concerning renting my first apartment. The application process and the viewing of the apartment model was a pleasant experience for me. She is very good at what she does, and she seems to really enjoy her work. I am grateful to have a wonderful memory, especially because it was the first time I ever applied for an apartment. Thank you everyone from Eastwood Village Apartments for having such great service, care, and respect for your clients. It really makes a positive impact.

After my visit today I am super impressed by the Leasing agent Tiffany! She was very personable, positive and informative! She patiently walked me through the applying process and made it super easy! Today wasn’t a good day for me but meeting her definitely lifted my spirits!!

Had us on the waiting list for MONTHS! When we applied the expectation was set that there would be a unit available, they never called to tell me I was still on the waiting list or with a updated date. They kept saying whenever a tenant vacates. Now this is after getting us to apply and pay the application fee. When we were applying we were told don’t worry there will be a unit available, LIES! Don’t waste the time money or energy! They aren’t reliable and only have you apply to hit their number of applicants that month! They are untrustworthy and just a terrible apartment complex. If you want some where to leave at a certain time and a company who cares about their tentants this is NOT the place!

I wouldn't recommend this apartment community. No one ever answers the phones and the girls in the front office are nice nasty. Promises are not kept here and the only way to get results and to constantly call and complain about an issue. You hear EVERYTHING through these walls, the outlets barely worknow and the spiders are ridiculous. I'm only here a short while and thankful for that. This is not a comfortable place to call home.

I've been a tenant for about 4 months now and I have absolutely nothing but positive things to say! I have a washer & dryer in my unit; which is the best thing since sliced bread! The entire staff is super friendly and they make you feel like you're family! We have community events and everybody looks out for one another! I'd highly recommend moving to Eastwood ????

We moved in a month ago and I have never been more satisfied with an apartment complex! The management staff are very friendly and helpful!! They are up to date on everything! My neighbors are also awesome and very polite! It has all the excellent qualities I have been looking for! Best decision ever!! I definetly recommend living here!

I don't have many good things to say about this place so ill start with that, the lay out of the apartments are nice and theres plenty of room for storage. the actual grounds the community sits on is nice and for the most part taken care of, its also a nice location pretty close to the interstate and the state parks. but thats about it with the good. Ive been here for a year now and i will not be renewing my lease, the appliances (like all the other reviews say) are outdated and have nothing but problems. most of the outlets in my apartment don't work, the a/c has gone out numerous time and last summer on the hottest day of the year the a/c went out and when i called maintenance they told me no one would be available till the next day, it was 85 in my house all day and i came to find out the reason why no one was available was because the company was having a BBQ and non of the employees were working. the poop bag stations are never refilled with bags and the trash bag full poop attached to it is always full and one day i got a $180 fee because they were out of bags and i didn't have any in my apartment so i went to the store and got some of my own and when i came back they were going around testing the dog poop and when i told the maintenance lady about this all she said was "too bad." There has also been a few occasions when i paid my rent and their book keeper messed up on her side and they accused me of not paying my full rent and they actually ended up charging more rent and when i brought this to them all they did was say sorry and waved the late fee but i still had to pay a $30 service fee for their mess up. the neighbors for the most part are sketchy and the hall ways always reek of weed or smoke. Eastwood village if i was that girl from the show 13 Reasons Why, you would have your own tape

I have had the pleasure of living at Eastwood Village Apartment for 3 1/2 years. We have the best Maintanence department. Every time I call for a repair , it is always handled in a timely manner . They are friendly and always, not sometimes, always respectful. I remember one time I was taking out my garbage, one of the guys were on their way into the bldg. . He kindly took my garbage to the compactor. The hallways and laundry room is always clean and smelling fresh. I say Thank You to all the Maintanence staff for your dedication and hard work. C Amerson
