Lived here for 2 years. It’s an amazing property and a great location! It's a nice and quiet community and it is reasonably priced. The staff is very attentive to any of your needs. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone needing to move.
My family and I enjoyed our home here at Eastgate Ridge! Any and all questions or issues were resolved quickly! The staff were always friendly and professional. I, unfortunately, had to leave early due to deployment but they made the process to end my lease easy.
I highly recommend Eastgate Ridge Apartments!! We’ve been with Eastgate for only half a year, and I already have my mind set on renting through them for as long as we are stationed here! It’s a two-three min drive to the Rancier gate on fort hood and I love how convenient everything is close by! The units are beautiful, and I love the convenience of having a laundromat and pool right next to us! The maintenance staff are very kind, helpful, and come quick whenever we have an issue. Crystal, Lauren, and Shelby are so kind and address any of our concerns right away. The staff of Eastgate make me and my husband feel as if we are taken care of and will be taken care of if we have any issues. I’ve heard horror stories about rental companies here and we have had no problems with them whatsoever.
Exceptional property and Staff! It’s usually really quiet and peaceful here. We love the pool and humongous park and picnic area. We’ve been a few places with the Army that weren’t so great and we are happy to have found this one it’s always clean here and there’s always an amazing breeze that just makes it feel good. We enjoy the ladies in the office and the maintenance guys are always really sweet. Everyone has been ery polite & helpful with everything we’ve needed.
My family and I moved to Eastgate Ridge about 4 years ago due to PCS and we couldn't be happier. The office staff and maintenance team are absolutely amazing and always go above and beyond to help and make sure we are happy in our home. Although the outside is historical, the inside is fully remodeled and we have a beautiful pool that we enjoy with the kids. Its also nice to be able to do our laundry right here on property instead of having to go to an actual laundry mat. I am one that would much rather have my own personal washer and dryer, however they keep the laundry room extremely clean. There has been a few times we have looked at other rental properties to rent a house, however nothing compares to the treatment we receive here. We know that any issue will be resolved quickly. Our neighbors are amazing and we never have any issues with noise. Even during deployments or training's I feel safe being here with my kids. We are truly a little community.

I moved into my apartment with my boyfriend and our son. We love it here! Rent is good, the pool is beautiful, and free cable! Very serene and quiet, and if you're a big privacy person? It's super private here, everyone you see is super nice and our landlord has a great sense of humor and is very helpful. I've yet to see how maintenance is, but the moment we got here he was showing us around and telling us basically everything we needed to know. I was in fear of living alone but this place make a me feel safe and comfortable. The living room is large, the kitchen is pretty big. I live it here. And I'm sure you will too. (:
