All apartments come with a full size washer and dryer at no additional charge. Kitchen features a dishwasher, large refrigerator, microwave mounted above the stove/oven, and a garbage disposal. All cabinets are real wood (no fake wood and white painted cabinets here!) and the kitchen is open to the living room allowing for bar stool seating. The beautiful tile flooring covers the entry, kitchen and dining rooms as well as the bathrooms. The bathrooms are large and offer plenty of storage and counter space. The living room in large, and has a sliding glass door that leads to your patio/deck which includes additional storage closets. Living room and bedrooms have ceiling fans which can help with utility bills. Speaking of utility bills, residents are in charge of electric service and water. The bedrooms are good sized and have great closet space. The property itself has parking for residents, as well as garages that are available to rent for an additional fee.
