The management and maintenance team are great. I have lived in a variety of apartments and never had the office and the maintenance actually be so on top of things. If I need to get things done I don't worry about my resqests falling through the cracks.

Stayed in #3201 for three months to be near family. Office people were friendly and helpful. The apartment is outdated and in need of upgrading flooring, cabinets without doors etc

Maintenance here is always courteous, nice & informative. They fix things right away & let you know of the progress. I have never lived in an apartment where I always have the nicest maintenance ever & I've lived at 3 other apartments & have been at Eagle Run for 7 years now.

I’m utterly disappointed with this management company. Be forewarned that they WILL charge you for past tenants damages. After one day of living in our apartment I could smell dog pee throughout the entire unit. I immediately contacted the property manager to inform her and also invite her over to see all the pet stains from the previous residents puppy. Upon move out they decided to charge US for something WE DID NOT DO. And the property manager knew we didn’t do. Then they also lied and said they had a carpet inspector come out (which he never did) and they charged us for that too. Oh and if you try to contact the Regional Manager good luck getting any response back. It’s businesses like this that need to re-evaluate their conduct.

This apartment complex has great prices. The couple of issues I have had the staff have had fixed the same day. This is the second time I have lived in these apartments and they are the best in Omaha.
I love the security that our apartment complex has with their key pad entry on all doors and security drivers that patrol the area as well. Anytime we've had issues with light bulbs or simple things, they get it corrected immediately and we really enjoy the 24 hour workout facility.
My apt is so great I have been here 16 yrs! They have allowed me to paint the colors I want and immediately fix any issue I may have. The Mgr and staff are the bomb. It's in a perfect location too. Great storage!
I've lived here for about 3 years and I love this place! The staff and maintenance is great they always get back to me same day or the next when there is any problems and so nice! Highly recommend!
