Occupying the northernmost section of Escondido, the large North Broadway neighborhood is primarily a residential community that connects the cityscape to the rugged surrounding countryside. Don't even move here

Drug dealers, people who don't even live in the apartments are out at 3 am smoking pot, drinking outside all day! Dog feces ALL over the property, manger doesn't even go over to take a look a the property trash everywhere. Just horrible so outdated!!!! They charge a good chunk of rent but dont fix anything! Horrible place to live one of the worse places I've ever lived in!

Where do I start

?? okay horrible property, ugly apartments they smell like cockroaches, drug dealers, dog poop all Over the property, LITERAAALY!!!!!!!!!! No manager on site, windows are super fragile, neighbors are moody can talk to anyone, kids can go outside because of the dog poop! It's horrible don't move here don't waist your time Or money people park all over the property in your parking in front of your parking,????? So much going on! ?? I didn't even make it a year! Living here!

Do not move here or you will be sorry. Thugs drug dealers,unauthorized criminal Element people that are not on lease and are troublemakers are the main group of People that live here.managment doesn't care about the good tenants and does Nothing to resolve these problems.transients and people from outside come in any Time they please. These problems still exist currently but only worse as of 1/12/16. These government cheese hood rats are lazy degenerates with no goals or positive outlook on life. They have ruined the reputation of eagle rock villas. The property manager is falsely advertising about the complex being smoke free and having security system. People are freely smoking pot,bad kids running amuck trashing the complex with food items,cigarette butts,paper trash.

Property Manger is not a good manger. THERE are criminal drug dealing thugs and A lot of extra people not on lease at these apartments. Do not move here ,or you Will be sorry.thereare a lot of transients and r a Dom people ac cess ING the complex There is no on site resident management,and good tenants are at a high safety risk Losers, slackers,thugs have taken over
