The move in process was great and seamless. Lori was very helpful in providing all of the information needed prior to signing the lease. Very responsive to emails and even called to provide additional information. Couldn't have asked for a better move I process.
My application fee is being waived for writing this review! A perk that comes with moving in at Gardens of Maplewood along with the spacious apartments here. Kanika was very helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain every detail in her responses via emails and calls. Answered all of my questions. Glad to have chosen this place as my first apartment in NJ.

If you are looking for a short-term lease option, consider the Gardens at Maplewood. Due to circumstances related to COVID-19, we needed to be able to move into an apartment without committing to a 1-year lease. Living at the Gardens gave us that option. Plus, the extra premium for short-term leases was waived due to COVID, so rent was offered at a more affordable rate than other short-term lease options. Additionally, they offer 1 bedroom with den apartments (cheaper than a 2 bedroom, but provides an extra room for a roommate!)

We went on a tour for this property. The wood finishes and space was beautifully done! I love wood floors. Also during this whole experience Lily has been so amazing. She answered my any questions and emails! So far so good with this property. We were even able to get the application fee waived by submitting a review which was An extra bonus! I really enjoyed her tour and her great personality. It’s a great area too. Nice and family friendly.

Love the area and the price for the two bedroom. Lovely hardwood floors and in house laundry were big time in my decision to move here. The staff was very attentive to my girlfriend and myself in answering our questions in the on boarding process. They even waived the application fee for this review. The complex is close to rte 22 and you have four major supermarkets within a 5-10 minute radius. Very convenient quiet area

Lived here since November 2017 and I have no complaints. The only issue that I had was with my locks, but they came quickly and fixed the problem. I would 100% recommend this property and area due to the staff which is so kind.

I had a major leak but it was fixed pretty quickly by Andy. He has a lot of knowledge and knows what he is doing. I would recommend this property because of the location, service, and the apartments are really nice.

In the past, management wasn't calling back and communication wasn't up to par. I met James, the property manager at movie night and he seems to be a kind and professional person. He gave me his e-mail address on the spot, asked me if everything was ok, and wanted to see if he could anything for me right now. The fact he took the second to talk to me and make sure I was ok really sits well with me and I have high hopes for the Gardens at Maplewood.

Most issues that I request in which recently I had a toilet that was very stubborn and did not work properly. One night the toilet went caput, and Andy came immediately (after hours) and he rectified the problem.

The experience was very good. Nicely renovated and well maintained with no problems at all. Nice and peaceful locality with close proximity to Rt. 22 & the parkway.
