Probably One Of The Best Places I Have Live In Awhile Property Manager Is Amazing As Well As Neighbors.
Property looks well maintained and the ladies inside were amazing and very helpful! I'm looking forward to being here with my family.

The townhomes look really good and are spacious. Flooring, kitchen upgrades and appliances make a difference and this is what sticks out!

Office is friendly, clean and Ann is very helpful and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make sure vendors do great work, keep the residents happy. If family needed a peaceful place to stay, I’d recommend them here.

Do not move here. I repeat, don’t do it. I read the reviews, the most recent ones are lies. New residents find that Management shows professionalism until they get your money. Unfortunately, most leave by breaking their lease to get out of the conditions of this place. The older residents have to deal because they cannot afford to leave.Lived here for 10 years because it was the most affordable in this area. Affordable isn’t always good. This placed was built in 1974 and has never had a total renovation. They have done a tremendous amount of patchwork that has lead to bigger issues. The PLUMBING in the entire complex is awful.
I lived there a few years back before their renovations. I did not sleep for over a year and a half. I'm glad they have attempted to justify their price hike but their issues go deeper than that. The bug issue is permanent because its deep into their foundations. They crawl between the dry wall, The garbage was mishandled for so long they are there to stay. Unless they bulldoze the property and pull the dirt up over 6 feet up and redo the entire thing, this will persist.
This is an older property, but I like that the new management is going through new renovations! My daughter will be attending CPCC and she found this gem. The staff were great and helpful in the information we needed. They were professional and were upfront about the property. I hate when staff try to hard to sell. Ann’s knowledge of the community and her awareness in me finding a good start for my daughter was sincere! I really look forward to this place!
new management complains about everything place has went down hill , trash , blinds , back porches , storage you name it they have emailed about it. I love the fact that trash was piling up cause they couldn't get people to dump the dumpster to the point there was no where to put your trash, or the laundry facilities being out for long periods of times 6 months for renovation and half the time they dont work ..., multiple threats of canceling lease every time they see a problem ...dont forget finding bugs arounds the place . raise of rent is sure fun during a pandemic as well ....
