The place is really nice, amenities in general are good, people are fantastic. The apartment is pretty, spacious and well illuminated.
Great up and coming area, very walkable and extremely safe. Amenities like coffee, gym, valet trash, pool, and dog friendly are amazing.
Our lease renewed with a very high rental rate, and there was no ability for me to negotiate. It went up 24 percent, which for us amounted to an annual increase of $5,000. That was disappointing for us, even though we understand that we had given a 60 day notice, and then our plans to purchase a home fell through and that allowed for the drastic increase.
Great place. Great location. Excellent staff managing place. Safe. Friendly wonderful emails on upcoming events! The cons are. Limited parking since a few cars never move. No elevator. Electric bill is extremely high. Hallways are very dirty including stairway.
Safe, clean, quiet. The maintenance and office staff are so great. Grounds and buildings are well maintained.
Prices are just too high all over Franklin. Not just yours. I feel people that are loyal should be customers you try to keep not raise rent so high they have to move
It's a great place to live, but I felt the proposed rent did not match the true value of our 1 bedroom apartment. I would recommend the complex to friends but warn them of inevitable exponential rent increase.
Maintenance has been great unfortunately my apartment has been lemon I've had a couple more thing go wrong that I haven't sent in yet
This is home for us. I would recommend The Dwell to anyone moving to the area.
Great location, great service from staff, and great community of people. The appliances could use improvement as well as the availability of parking, but overall those things are minor.
My problems haven't been solved yet so I wouldn't recommend it.
Dog park is not kept clean. Hallways and entries are dingy.
The price point was to high compared with other rental properties in the area, all things considered.
While the walls are thin, the apartment was well appointed and had amenities I liked/wanted.
We had a very positive experience @ Dwell. Maddie was great and helped with everything and when service was needed within the apartment it was very quick and easy.
Maintenance has been the best part of living here. Consistently above and beyond.
Lack of maintenance of entryways (Soiled carpets and many dead bugs and cobwebs). Apartment was not clean. Fresh brighter toned paint would help greatly. Garage doors and some exterior walls are dented and unsightly.
Friendly and courteous people who are truly interested in the residence comfort.
I highly recommend Dwell as they are high quality apartments with well maintained grounds and an extremely responsive office and maintenance staff.

My wife and I still think after almost 2 month that it is like living in a Hawaiian vacation resort (only no palm trees and more lightning storms). We like that we are now able to walk over to the new Just Love Coffee that just started up.

I love living at the Dewell at McEwen apartment the staff is so nice and the maintenance staff are there on the job they do not mess around when it come to answering and getting their jobs done they are very good about that and they will let you know if you have to wait on them to order a part of call in someone from outside no matter what it may be it is done in no time. My husband and I never live in an apartment before but we down sized because our 4 bedroom three bathrooms and a pool was to much for me to take care of because My back wouldnt aloud me too so we sold our home all of our children are married and have families of their own. We decided that we did not want to buy because we are just tired and cannot keep up another home. We have been here two years trying to Adjust to apartment living. I have two yokes puppies and I did not want to sale or give them away so when I walk in and found out that I could have dogs here and there are hard wood floors where I could let them stay and off the carpet which are in just the bedrooms so it has everything that I needed for our life style and another plus for us are all of our Doctors are around one corner or another so we have to buy very little gas. I could not have done any better if I had built it. We will see how it goes but so far great.

My ability to find a quality apartment through remote communication while living on the other side of the country was aided by the amazing communication of the leasing agent at Dwell. My move-in process was seamless with accommodation being made for a couple small logistical requests I had. I am very impressed with the professionalism and level of communication from the staff in the Dwell office. The grounds are maintained to an exceedingly high standard, making this a very pleasant place to live.

My Wife and I have lived at McEwen for close to 3 years. The community is one of dogs and people jogging with beautiful scenery to look at. The maintenance staff is quick, transparent with communication and works extremely efficiently. We are also fond of the front office staff. Colleen has been a wonderful asset to us as a property manager and has always handled any issue we ever had swiftly and with a smile on her face. Dwell is a wonderful community in a growing party of a Williamson. Oh - and the layout we have is marvelous. Unique and hip. Just like we like it !

Dwell has been an awesome place to live so far. We love the locationits super close to everything we need and we dont have to deal with a lot of traffic. We also love how new it feels and how the amenities are up-to-date. The leasing staff, specially Colleen, have been great! The only downside to this apartment is that you get what you pay forto have the luxuries that Dwell offers, you have to pay more than you may have to pay elsewhere. Overall, were very happy with our choice and hope the great experience continues!
My Dwell experience has been overall very enjoyable. From the initial touring to the signing of my lease everyone was very helpful. I am blessed with a beautiful apartment that is conveniently located and a community that feels safe.

Dwell at McEwen is a lovely and at ease place. I enjoy knowing if something needs repaired and I am not at home they will still complete the job tactfully and to the best of their ability.
I love the location! Very nice and friendly people, safe area with many restaurants and shopping options nearby. Too many dogs being loud and definitely not enough parking space.
I have lived in the Dwell for about 12 years actually; the first 10 in the original section and for the last going on two years here in the Dwell II as they refer to it...I love it here and have seen the progress from a Southern Land development to its present state... The staff is great and I am very comfortable here......

I have never lived in an apartment before. My company secured housing for me at Dwell for 2 months when I relocated to Nashville, I loved it so much I decided to stay for a year. Staff is great and the accommodations are awesome!
Dwell is a beautiful location, with very encouraging and polite staff, however some common cause issues have held my complete satisfaction at bay.
