Been here for 8 years and have had a good experience so far. Maintenance is usually quick to help but residents leave a lot of dog poop in common areas. The floor/hallway we live on always seems to be dirtier than any other floor/hallway in our building. Do enjoy he location and access to things around us.

Move in was fast and easy. The apartment is well kept and management is really friendly and helpful so far. I love all the amenities here and a lot of stuff is within walking distance. The only issue is the parking situation. It may be better to get a garage/covered parking.

5 days in but it’s been amazing so far :) easy move in easy understanding of rules complex etc. has some life to the community but also peaceful. The balcony over looking the pool is the best spot in the house for sunsets !

It’s been great so far. Management has been extremely helpful. Parked is very convenient. My only problem is that two of my keys don’t fit. Only one of the door keys works and my mailbox key doesn’t work at all.

The entire process has been an absolute dream, thanks to my Leasing Consultant, Jessica. She was diligent in finding me the perfect apartment that checked all of my boxes, and even went above and beyond to make sure that the application and approval process was expedient and transparent. The maintenance team is ON IT, with the director of maintenance reaching out to me personally to make sure I had everything in order in my new apartment home and that everything was in good, working order. The property is beautiful and I had the chance to use the gym this morning. It was great to have a nice workout and follow that with some delicious complimentary coffee in the club house. The property is clean and well maintained, my apartment is *beautiful* and the view is incredible. I couldn’t be happier!

Lived here since 2017 and have never had a bad experience. Maintenance has always been helpful and good at getting to us quickly. Never had any safety issues or concerns for myself and my family. Only issue I can say is that there is a lot of dog poop left out on the side walks or right near and it smells. People need to pick up after their dogs!

So far it’s ok. The folks that lived here before me tore the place up. So maintenance is playing catch up constantly trying to fix things as they go. Honestly they are doing a good job for me too. The pool doesn’t work that great because the residents here aren’t doing a good job keeping it clean. Dogs and drinking constantly. Simple rules can’t be followed apparently. There is algae on the bottom Of this beautiful pool. One neighbor is noisy as hell. But overall the folks around me are super quiet. But there’s always one right. I do like it here for the most part. It will get better. The place is actually really nice.

move in was fine but ran into quite a few issues with the unit not being cleaned thoroughly, roaches in drawers and cabinets, and minor things that didn't get fixed on move-in but the staff were extremely helpful and were very assuring

Very quiet, and friendly community with great maintenance staff as well as management. Andrew is the absolute best. Very helpful and very resourceful.
Can’t beat the location and professionalism of the staff. Great amenities with the dog park and gym. Very clean with the power washing and very friendly residents. Love the layout of the floor plan as well.
The Dwell has amazing amenities, and great office team. The apartments have so much space and good sized patios. My favorite part it that you are close to everything you will ever need.
For only being here a few months it has been great! The views are amazing and location is spot on! Having a 15 month old being able to walk around with the room she has and to be able to look outside watching cars pass is the best.
From the office staff to the maintenance staff Amazing place to live and get to know new people. So peaceful, quiet and friendly atmosphere all around with the facilities.

Lovely community with pool and bbq space, plus a home gym. Apartments are up to date and spacious with premium features. Love living here!!!
Overall good apartment but sometimes staff is not very friendly and no community events. Also sometimes pool gets closed down on short notice during summer.

Love living here ..Great amenities, pool, gym, different food trucks come to us all the time and the staff is so friendly the maintenance team is quick and responsive. highly recommend this apartment building.

The apartment itself is very nice. My neighbors are pretty much to themselves. The pool is definitely my favorite part especially in the summer months. Overall It’s decent.
Since day one has been new and amazing experience. Everyone very helpful, knowledgeable and made me feel right at home right away. property super quiet and all the areas are keep well and everyone so far super friendly.
Great apartment from the inside. Outside is a different story. The door key pads don’t work most of the time. The grounds look horrible. But again - the apartment is spacious.
I love it here, maintenance has improved wonderfully. The staff is amazing and the culture here is great! The gym has all necessary equipment and the pool is beautiful.

Conveniently located to shops, restaurants and the gym that I like. Great spot with highway access to hwy 281 and to loop 1604. Just down the road from CBC church if you’re looking for a great place for fellowship and worship. Which is also the sight of a great park that add to the outdoor space and activity of the community.
Overall good apartments as I have been here 5 years. The pool is nice, have garages and covered parking available. The only complaint I have is individuals parking in front of my garage and sometimes delay in maintenance/leasing office request.
Lived here since 2017 and overall have had a good experience. Maintenance typically responds quickly to work orders entered. Lots of dog poop around common areas that isn’t picked up my residents and gets gross. Would recommend the apartments to anyone looking.
So far so good. My move in was a little rocky but the community and unit is great! Apartment was clean and move in ready. Staff was helpful the day of move in, but leading up to move in could have gone a bit more smoothly.
Dwell at Legacy is a great place to live! Their amenities are really good and the location is perfect. The maintenance team has been a wonderful help!!
