I absolutely love it here. I had a lot of worry when I first moved here since I’m from the northwest and there’s a lot of different things here that I’m not used to for example roaches, my brothers apartment had that issue for a while and when I was finding one here, I was really worried. But this apartment complex has been amazing. I haven’t had a single bug issue. I had a maintenance request. It was fixed the next day. They are always super nice at the office. I have zero complaints. It’s a great place and I do see myself renewing my lease here

Staff is nice and very helpful if there is anything I need. Any maintenance needed is done in a timely manner. The occasional food trucks are nice to allow me to try new things I may not normally try.

Community is great. Great location conveniently located next to grocery stores and shopping with easy access to Highway 1604 and Highway 281. It’s also a short walk to the gym which is great.

The apartment is spacious, clean, and well maintained. The staff are friendly and super helpful when something goes wrong. My only wish is that there was more parking available, but overall it has still been a great place to live.

The community seems to be played back. Clean landscape areas. We haven’t got the chance to experience the pool or any of the amenities yet but we will get there in time.

Not too bad, however I do wish the hallways were cleaner & the gate for building 8/9 is terrible with working when it wants. I also wish there was a better gym with actual working equipment, had I known I would’ve never moved in.

Been here for 8 years and have had a good experience so far. Maintenance is usually quick to help but residents leave a lot of dog poop in common areas. The floor/hallway we live on always seems to be dirtier than any other floor/hallway in our building. Do enjoy he location and access to things around us.

Move in was fast and easy. The apartment is well kept and management is really friendly and helpful so far. I love all the amenities here and a lot of stuff is within walking distance. The only issue is the parking situation. It may be better to get a garage/covered parking.

5 days in but it’s been amazing so far :) easy move in easy understanding of rules complex etc. has some life to the community but also peaceful. The balcony over looking the pool is the best spot in the house for sunsets !

It’s been great so far. Management has been extremely helpful. Parked is very convenient. My only problem is that two of my keys don’t fit. Only one of the door keys works and my mailbox key doesn’t work at all.

The entire process has been an absolute dream, thanks to my Leasing Consultant, Jessica. She was diligent in finding me the perfect apartment that checked all of my boxes, and even went above and beyond to make sure that the application and approval process was expedient and transparent. The maintenance team is ON IT, with the director of maintenance reaching out to me personally to make sure I had everything in order in my new apartment home and that everything was in good, working order. The property is beautiful and I had the chance to use the gym this morning. It was great to have a nice workout and follow that with some delicious complimentary coffee in the club house. The property is clean and well maintained, my apartment is *beautiful* and the view is incredible. I couldn’t be happier!

Lived here since 2017 and have never had a bad experience. Maintenance has always been helpful and good at getting to us quickly. Never had any safety issues or concerns for myself and my family. Only issue I can say is that there is a lot of dog poop left out on the side walks or right near and it smells. People need to pick up after their dogs!

So far it’s ok. The folks that lived here before me tore the place up. So maintenance is playing catch up constantly trying to fix things as they go. Honestly they are doing a good job for me too. The pool doesn’t work that great because the residents here aren’t doing a good job keeping it clean. Dogs and drinking constantly. Simple rules can’t be followed apparently. There is algae on the bottom Of this beautiful pool. One neighbor is noisy as hell. But overall the folks around me are super quiet. But there’s always one right. I do like it here for the most part. It will get better. The place is actually really nice.

move in was fine but ran into quite a few issues with the unit not being cleaned thoroughly, roaches in drawers and cabinets, and minor things that didn't get fixed on move-in but the staff were extremely helpful and were very assuring

Very quiet, and friendly community with great maintenance staff as well as management. Andrew is the absolute best. Very helpful and very resourceful.
Can’t beat the location and professionalism of the staff. Great amenities with the dog park and gym. Very clean with the power washing and very friendly residents. Love the layout of the floor plan as well.
The Dwell has amazing amenities, and great office team. The apartments have so much space and good sized patios. My favorite part it that you are close to everything you will ever need.
For only being here a few months it has been great! The views are amazing and location is spot on! Having a 15 month old being able to walk around with the room she has and to be able to look outside watching cars pass is the best.
From the office staff to the maintenance staff Amazing place to live and get to know new people. So peaceful, quiet and friendly atmosphere all around with the facilities.
Fantastic apartment complex! Great staff, modern amenities, and with a great location. There is a good amount of places right around the complex for eating and shopping. Highly recommend!
