Great Maintenance Noticed the garbage disposal was not turning on around 9pm and the next morning, the maintenance man came at 10am and fixed my issue in a matter of minutes. I appreciate how reliable and friendly he is :)

DWELL APARTMENTS ARE GREAT The Dwell Apartments and staff are all great and I have enjoyed my time here so far. Great location and community as well.
I have lived at The Dwell for 2 Years. The new Manager and Maintenance Man have made this the cleanest and whitest place to live. Yes, there are college students, but, they are all very quiet. They must be studying. The other residents seem to all be working professionals because the parking lot is empty during the day . If I ever have a work order, maintenance takes care of it the same day. I have a 2 bedroom apartment and it has 2 bathrooms, a really, really big living room, 3 big closets, a really pretty kitchen with an eat in bar area. I love my apartment! It is so spacious!

I moved into Dwell only a few weeks ago, and I am already loving the environment. Everybody is friendly, staff and neighbors, and there are plenty of amenities for use. The apartment itself is cosy, yet has more ethan enough room for comfort. I am hoping to stay here for months to come. 5 stars!
