Very nice buildings and apartments. Very nice area as well, with orange groves around the property. Communication from the office and maintenance requests are very slow however.

Carolina provided a very good experience and service, from the tour to the help with the application process. The place is charming, with a beautiful view, very cozy and quiet. We've been here for three days, but we're happy with the community and the benefits it offers. The apartment is very comfortable and its facilities are modern.

Carolina provided excellent service throughout the entire process, from the consultation to the delivery of the key. The apartment was delivered in good condition, however, some improvements could be made in cleaning and checking certain details. Overall, it's a comfortable and pleasant place.

Because of my neighbors and property management, I rate this apartment a two stars. The community manager is rude, my neighbor upstairs do not know how to walk, and the neighbor besides me act like I’m watching her because I have a ring camera. She thought I had a problem with her because the front door slams when I have my back door open. I just didn’t have a good experience living here and I will not be renewing my lease.

It is a pet friendly community, but there is a lack of places to deposit waste. Garbage control is not clear in the community and makes the issue a problem, the containers have been bursting and rodents are seen at night.

We moved in not long ago, and we love the place. Everything is well taken care of and quiet and calm. The workers are nice and very helpful on any issues one may have.

I think dunson grove is a pretty nice place to live and you get a pretty good amount for the money you pay but I am not happy with how much I’m charged per month for a trash fee when most of the time I still have to take my own trash out to the dumpster
Overall it's a pleasant experience. I've only experienced the usual apartment living issues such as hearing the upstairs neighbors, pests that were treated, etc. Office staff and maintenance are busy but receptive to your needs and they are taken care of in a timely manner. I enjoy living here.

Happy with the apartment thought communication is difficult with the hours I work no one tends to answer the phone or respond to emails in a timely manor. Plus there’s always something going on where you can’t use some of the amenities.

I love the apartment and everything about it all except the fact that it is extremely hard to get ahold of someone when needed other than the the up charge amount for being 4 days late on rent is a bit ridiculous.

I’m a new resident and I can confidently say that it’s not only quite and peaceful but the cleanliness and maintenance is being held up to standard. I know this is in part by the residents putting in there part as well, this is what makes you want to stay and never leave, for a loong while at least !

Everything has been really good, here. The staff is very nice. We feel safe, here and our pets are happy with a lot of area to run around. We enjoy the pool and grilling with the neighbors. My youngest son has made so many friends and my older children can't wait to visit and enjoy all the amenities.

Relocated here from Michigan and love our apartment. Move in was great. The location is great, I’m obsessed with the lounge chairs in the pool. My husband loves the trash valet.

I’m enjoying the my experience here. The amenities are kept up and maintained to pristine condition and the leasing people are very nice. The only thing that’s irritating is when I get home from work parking is all take up by my building so creating more parking spaces or even assigning guest parking areas would be nice so I don’t have to park my car in the other buildings parking

Been here 7 months now and overall enjoy the experience especially compared to our last complex. Staff typically communicates of any issues with amenities and has periodical events for their tenants.

Last year was the first year for us at the beginning of our stay in the Dunson Grove apartment complex, we are very happy with our choice, for us personally there are no disadvantages, you need to understand that there are no ideal places, for this price we get everything we need for life and even a little more. The best school in the area is nearby, Ridgeview, the sheriff's office is on the other side, everything is new and beautiful. There is a swimming pool, all the necessary shops are 5-10 minutes away. Balconies and garages are a big bonus for those who live in apartments. I recommend this community to all those who are looking for a good place to live for not a lot of money!

Upstairs neighbors moved in and I’ve had the absolute worst night . My child keeps getting woken up by my neighbor and I cannot sleep because of my neighbor. Before they moved in I had a family next door that would fight every single night and i was so worried, the apartment community did absolutely nothing about my concerns. Please take your money else where .

Very noisy apartments, all the time you hear thunder from the floors above and you will not be able to rest or watch a movie in peace. I do not recommend it

No recomiendo a nadie vivir en este complejo a menos que vivas en el tercer piso. Si decides vivir en el primer piso , te aseguro que la vida se te hará imposible. Los ruidos son aturdidores y se te hara muy dificil descansar y estar en paz.

We really the community. Everyone is very nice. We also love how quiet and peaceful it is here. The walking trail is one of our favorite aspects of the community and makes it very easy and convenient to walk our dog. The pool is also very nice and we enjoy using it, especially during this warm summer."

We moved in 2 weeks ago from New York and Hector was so helpful throughout the whole process. He made it a seamless move even though I lived out of state. Everyone in the office is friendly Michael, Jade, and Olga (who helped me with my internet issues, and it was handled asap). They answer any question I may have and keep the residents up to date and not in the dark. The maintenance team is assisted right away. The grounds are gorgeous and clean. the units are roomy with large kitchens. The residents are very friendly and it’s a very peaceful community. The location is close to everything from supermarkets to stores and even the parks. Big difference from the loud rude hustle and bustle of NY.

The community looks better every day and the amenities are amazing, some are still under construction but the progress can be seen. The Staff is amazing, great people, friendly and honest.
