Restaurants and cafes in Downtown Gilbert are abundant. Joe’s Real BBQ is a favorite among the locals, as is The Farmhouse’s famous blackberry cobbler. Once a 1940s supermarket, Liberty Market is now an award-winning restaurant that uses locally-sourced ingredients in their dishes.

Downtown Gilbert is definitely a community with involvement. The Global Village Festival is a multicultural celebration where residents can enjoy forms of dance, music, crafts, and food from other cultures around the world. The Gilbert Days & Gilbert Days Parade is a three-day event full of family-friendly events. It’s is held every November, and features a parade, half marathon, and rodeo.
