I’ve lived here almost a year and the ladies in the office have truly been amazing! Maintenance is always in the area, which shows that they are here to help whenever needed.

The area is great and affordable. The apartments are nice and renovated. The only issue is that the washer/dryers have been under renovation since I moved in. Fortunately there’s a laundromat right next to the complex.

The new management is very good. They are fixing the place up. The last year before they took over it was hard to get things fixed the right way. Now it’s no problem they are on every task efficiently. Hawthorne is a great company and the community is starting to look better.
