Expected More From Luxury Apt No cameras in the parking lot or functioning ones in the hallways, one of the front gates is always broken, noise complaints are not taken seriously, maintenance requests take an eternity

The management team at the Double R. were very helpful and patient through the leasing process. I hadn’t rented an apartment in over 40 years so the process was very new to me. They responded quickly and I was able to get the apartment at a good rate.

I like it here! It’s a cute and quiet place. It’s clean and management always works with me when I need them to and maintenance is very responsive when things go wrong. I have 3 kids and my kids love the basketball court and the pool (when it’s warmer). I also have super friendly neighbors which is hard to find in Reno! Overall, this is the best apartment I’ve lived in so far in this town.

DoubleR I would like to see a couple extra parking spots by the mail boxes so I can check my mail easier. The fireplaces havent worked in a minute at the roof top bbq area. I still havent seen the tv's working at the bbq areas and ive been here 3 years. Not sure what the delay is. Other than that the property hasnt been bad enough to move. We have the best parking of the many apartment communities in the area. We are also located in a good area near medical facilities, restaurants and we are off Veterans Parkway for a quick shot to the 80 freeway.

Double R Living Large apartment complex with many good amenities. My neighbors are very cordial and sociable.. No noise from apartment above me. Management and Leasing staff is professional and helpful. Exceptionally good daily trash pickup. Very sanitary and efficient. Handy location for everything, including medical services.
Great! There were a few hiccups with the apartment (my key didn’t work, the lights wouldn’t turn on) and Raquel put in a work order to have it done right away! I couldn’t be happier with my new apartment!

Even the utilities are smart. These are commenting about emergent life in shares to person with natural language (not on keypad). Very concerned valve and hvac. Also discovered Win11 tech support location is snapping to grid in the close quiet offices supported away from the access 5 lane (os refused to change. :))
