Great apartment! Everything is very clean and looks new. Staff is nice. I am very happy here. Affordable option with many great amenities. Overall, no complaints!.
The moving in process was easy all thanks to the management team, they are very kind and helpful. And the building its self is well maintained and pretty quiet.
I really like the design part of the whole property as it all thought for and put where it's ment to be. I also like the user-friendlyness and the technology and facilities that's put to use like secure package storage, in house mail boxes, app to open the doors etc.
I'm sure no one will give my review much weight since most of these reviews seem to have nothing bad to say about this place. However, someone needs to say something about the foundation of this place. When you go on a tour with Jennifer, you'll be promised a wonderful "loving" community with all these wonderful amenities (gym, pool, garage parking, and lounges, etc.). However, once you actually start to live here, the foundation of this place shows its true colors. First, the walls are so paper thin, you can hear EVERYTHING from your neighbors living next to, above, and beneath you. Leasing/Management had no resolution, except to say that's how it's built. Funny, in a place like a Naperville with lots of money in building budgets, you would think that they would invest in a sturdy structure and better quality materials. Our sink was constantly throwing water all over the place, despite fixing it. As for the "loving" community, that is absolutely far from the truth. I have never met a more inconsiderate and entitled group of people than at this place. They constantly let their dogs pee in elevators, and drop food items in there. They leave the dog cleaning station FLOODED and filled with water, dirt and dog hair without cleaning up after themselves. I don't know about you, but I was raised to clean up after myself, not let the poor sweet cleaning ladies do it for you!! As for the garage parking, everyone speeds like there at the Indiana 500. As a pregnant woman, I have had so many close calls being hit by these cars because no one slows down in that garage, along with slipping on the floor in the dog cleaning station when walking my dog!!! Furthermore, these neighbors have no regard for each other. They carry on with noises to the point that it feels like it a demolition construction site is occurring on a daily basis! Of course, these concerns have been brought to the leasing and management's attention with no success. Simply told, that's just how the buildings made, and we'll send out a nice reminder email for residents to please follow their "rules" and behave. *sarcasm* Finally, they have quiet hours, where you can't run your appliances after a certain hour. I feel like I'm living in a nursing home. We tried to give this place a fair shot, but our experience was so horrible that we requested that we try to relet our apartment to get out of here. Overall, don't be fooled by all the bells and whistles.
The apartment is great! Love the amenities like the co-working space, pool and the gym. There is a nice pond to walk around outside. The only issue is that people don't always pick up after their dogs.
Was a pleasant move in, thank you for everything we loved the access to the loading dock! Our Leasing agent Jennifer was very helpful through this whole process !
I’ve been living at Domain CityGate for 2.5 years and just renewed for another year because I love it so much! The management and maintenance team are amazing! If there is ever an issue (which is almost never) they respond quickly and get it fixed asap! The building is very clean and kept up so well! I love living here!
Been at Domain a year and a half... I feel very fortunate. The office and maintenance staff are exceptional and fantastic! My neighbors are respectful and everyone is so friendly. Great place to live!
Everything since I’ve moved in as been great!! I am loving the temp control garage as well as the garage itself. I’ve already received packaged and had zero issue getting in. The app is easy to use and the valet service for garbage is an amazing perk!
I moved into the building in August and so far no complaints. The staff is always friendly and professional. The amenities are amazing. Having restaurants nearby makes it easy so you don’t have to travel far. The temperature controlled parking and valet garbage pickup are the best! Looking forward to the pool in the summer.
So far it is good! The apartments are nice and maintenance is super fast and reliable. wish there was more community events to connect with others in the complex.
Everything went smoothly and I was settled pretty quickly. I'm happy with the location and amenities. Apartment has been quite and was clean upon move in

Very nice facility, quite, clean, the only things not clean in the carpet area and entrance to the garage area , need deep cleaning and more frequent cleaning, as there’s so many dogs using these common areas.

My girlfriend and I, Just moved in but everyone that had seen us is very welcoming and helpful! The community feeling is felt. The building's amenities are great , including a well-equipped gym and the apartment itself is spacious and beautifully designed, making it a comfortable place to live. Nice place, the common areas are clean and well kept. Maintenance does a great job. I feel safe and secure. The only downside is that the walls are mighty thin.
Designed well and very clean. Nice that parking garage is enclosed and secure. I don’t like that some people use the common area with an adult size pool table as a play room for their kids.

Maintenance is very quick if ever needed. Leasing staff is friendly and helpful. The common spaces gym etc are all kept immaculate. Everything feels so new and modern yet warm.
I have only been here a month or so. But I love this place. The amenities are A1. It’s quiet and very clean. It’s perfect location for me for work and entertainment.
Very clean building and it is kept up very well. Good gym with various types of equipment to utilize from treadmills to smith machine to dumbbells and barbells. Pool and surrounding area are done well. Parking garage is nice to have as well.

The walls in this place are so thin fog the first week I thought the unit directly above us was under construction. Considering the monthly rent dollar we spend here, the owners/management should be embarrassed. On the upside the, we feel safe and the facilities are clean.
The experience thus far has been really nice. The environment is warm and inviting. There are amazing spaces to work and lounge around in as well.
Living in my apartment for about a year and it was been an amazing experience. I love the modern look in the apartments. We get to take part in cool apartment events and meet our neighbors.
We love living at the domain. The amenities are the best part. The gym is amazing, the lobby and study rooms are great, and the pool is great when warm out!
We lived in this apartment for over a year and just moved out. Hope this review helps someone before they make a bad decision. Poor construction This apartment has very thin walls, probably the thinnest you can build and still be fire-rated; probably also the cheapest. You will hear all your neighbors talking, dogs barking and cars from the adjacent highway and streets. If you live on the 4th floor, you can hear all of the HVAC equipment mounted on the roof and feel the vibrations. You will also know when your neighbors turn on their heating/air units as they also vibrate the walls, that gives you even more of a headache. Greedy Management We had a lot of patients with this apartment since they opened, even when they had fire alarm issues, garage parking door issues, delivery package issues and garbage issues. Even with all of the building issues, we kept our place as clean as possible. However when we moved out, they asked for $40 for an oven cleaning fee, I know I forgot to check the oven because we don’t use oven much. But it is unbelievable how much they charged for cleaning oven which has one dirty spot can clean in 2 seconds. This place is the worst, especially at this price point. Also, don’t forget when you move out make sure your oven is sparkle
