Horrible management. Broken thihgs. Takes forever to fix thihgs. Don’t move in here
*Check google reviews for pictures.* DO NOT LIVE HERE. We have lived here for 7 months and had 3 different property managers. The landlord, Gary, does not care about anything other than money. These are not “luxury” townhomes. Upon move-in, we did not have a working dishwasher, washer or dryer for nearly a month. The place was not professionally cleaned upon move in. The carpet was over 10 years old and riddled with stains and smells. He ended up replacing about 1/3 of the carpet after 5 months of living here to save his own money. We again have had a broken dishwasher for 3 months going unfixed. Our A/C is broken. Just replacing lights takes months to get accomplished. The pool is absolutely disgusting. The spa is always broken. There was a cage full of pigeons near the pool causing a health concern. The lawn and outdoor areas is never maintained. We have cockroaches literally everywhere. We see 20-30 a night outside, and more and more are coming inside and Gary refuses to do anything and claims they don’t come inside and that we are lying. We had our water shut off for no apparent reason when it was 116° outside and management was extremely unhelpful and just gave up without trying to figure out a resolution. We have not lived 24 hrs in this apt without some sort of maintenance issue. Everyone is unhelpful, unknowledgeable and only cares about money. I have spoken to 5 other tenants, all moved in around the same time as us, some have lived here a few months longer, and every one of them is planning on breaking their lease and moving b/c they are unhappy and not treated fairly or respectfully. We have respectfully reached out while being firm, asking for these things to get done and nothing has happened. We asked for permission for Gary to release us from the lease since so many laws were being broken on his end and we knew nothing would ever get done, which he agreed to. His response after agreeing to the terms is attached. He is hateful and has a serious problem. I have received a text message he sent to me as well after posting this to scare me. He thinks he can intimidate me. *UPDATE* We moved out over a year ago, and Gary decided to send me another harassing email, blaming us for something that was not caused by us. This was an issue that we brought up with him multiple times, that bothered us and he did nothing to fix, yet wants to pretend like it was our fault. Also, we moved out in August 2018. It is currently October 2019.
