      My experience at District 1860 has been wonderful! I feel like I am living in a luxury hotel. From the beautiful living space, to the many community amenities, spaces and activities, to the welcoming neighbors and staff, I feel lucky to call District 1860 my new home!

      I just moved into my new apartment at District 1860. The leasing agents were great to work with. The move-in was as easy as it gets. Covered loading dock so the weather didn't matter. The outdoor area is great, two fire pits, a pool, right outside the workout room. If you are looking for a place to rent with easy access to the highway, minutes from Chicago and a great location for getting around the burbs. District 1860 is the place for you.

      When I started to look for an apartment, my top priorities I was looking for were: safety, location, cleanliness, friendly staff and amenities. I must have seen 15 apartments in the north shore location of Chicago. District 1860 was my top pick because first, from the moment I started working with Justin in Leasing, I was very impressed with how knowledgeable he was about each of the apartments. He understood what I was looking for and made me feel like he was genuinely helping me select the perfect apartment (layout and view) for me! I came several times to look at various floor plans and views and he never ever lost patience with me. He was always so accommodating. Moreover, the building is beautiful and well maintained. I love how quiet the hallways are, the apartments are beautiful and how respectful everyone is within the building community. I also love all of the events that District 1860 provides for the community! It truly makes us feel welcomed and valued. I absolutely love my apartment and love living at District 1860 and would recommend this to anyone looking for a new home!

      This place is a DISASTER. STAY AWAY

      Hi there, I am current resident of District 1860 and have been since July 2023. However, my recent experience with management and maintenance has been a complete disaster. I recently had flood in my place due to faulty plumbing. (This building is brand new). Then the BUGS showed up. Not a few bugs, hundreds of them. Maintenance/Management refused to acknowledge I had a pest problem. Mind you we lived with this bug infestation for over 2 WEEKS! before they called pest control. OH WAIT IT GETS BETTER! Management tried repeatedly to COVER UP THE PROBLEM before the pests were under control. Painters showed not once but 3x! Thankfully I work from Home! And when pest control did show up they confirmed the bugs to be FUNGUS GNATS. Can you imagine what would have happened if they closed it up before the bugs were killed and the leak remain unresolved?! It has been a month and things are finally getting figured out... What hurts the most about all of this is I had to pay rent to live in bug infested apartment.

      District 1860 has been all I was dreaming of and more. I was looking for a newer apartment that wasn’t too far from downtown Chicago as I would have to commute in. I love the layout of my apartment as well as my view of the courtyard. This apartment is all I could ask for.

      Absolute disappointment. Overpriced mediocre unit. I terribly regret my decision to spend my income on this place. Overpriced, medicore, in constant disrepair, with disgusting neighbors that leave every bodily fluid imaginable in the common areas.

      AMAZING NEW PROPERTY IN LINCOLNWOOD!

      I was super excited for District 186o to open up in Lincolnwood! The management team is super attentive and is always willing to help. The building itself is amazing. The amenities that District offers cannot be beat in this area. I love that you can still get that downtown vibe, but not be directly in the hecticness of the city. I will definitely recommend this community to my friends and family!

      I didn't realize until I had already signed the lease and moved in. There's no sound insulation throughout the building. You can hear anything and everything your neighbours are doing at any time of day or night. The guy living above me sounds like King Kong walking around his apartment. A complaint would be worthless. This is not a resident issue. It's the fault of cheap construction. The developer decided to cut corners by not using enough concrete between floors.

      I have been living in the District 1860 community for a few weeks and I'm very happy with my decision. The location is perfect. I love the design and style of the units. It is a great quality rental. My unit was completely cleaned and ready to go when I moved in. The move in process was easy with the freight elevator. Amenities are great and I use the gym a lot. The building is kept clean. The staff is super nice and always willing to answer my questions.

      My review is that District 1860 is AMAZING. The building is clean, the attention to questions/concerns is great. The turnaround time by the staff is like no other. I have lived in other new construction before, but this is by far the best. The amenities for the tenants is none I've seen anywhere. I LOVE it here and can't wait to be settled and call it home!!
