Nicknamed "A Village within a City" and located across the river from Downtown Minneapolis, the Saint Anthony neighborhood straddles the border of Ramsey and Hennepin counties. Many residents call this neighborhood home, thanks to its quiet streets, picturesque houses and apartments, multiple recreational activities, and great schools.
Ranked as one of the top ten schools in the state of Minnesota, Saint Anthony High School has 70 percent of its students earning free college credits through advanced placement classes or free courses at the University of Minnesota. The neighborhood features a charming commercial area and bike paths along the banks of the Mississippi River. Saint Anthony has great views of the Minneapolis skyline, and it overlaps Minneapolis's North East neighborhood.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Diamond Eight Terrace
Even registered cars are towed without notice. I liked the place until they changed the property manager. They will not inform you about the plowing dates well. They will put up a sign somewhere in the building back door where you are unlikely to ever see it. Then they will tow your car for not moving it. They used to send email about plowing so we all thought they were going to do the same thing but the new property manager is lazy and doesn’t inform the residents about it. They will just tow your car and try to make you pay for it. DONOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I recommended 3 people to this apartment thinking it was good but they have clearly done downhill within a year. Save yourself a lot if headaches and look at other places.
We’ve been here a couple months and have absolutely nothing negative to say about it. It is a great living space and it’s super clean and has wonderful helpful management. Don’t see myself moving anytime soon
