Devonshire Square

Jocelyn is so kind and responsive! She answered all my (many) questions and made me feel comfortable the whole time. We moved in a hurry and she was able to accommodate giving us a same-day tour and walking me through my application. The apartment is clean, nice, and the community seems so friendly !!

I really like living here at Devonshire square apartments, and recently signed a lease for my 6th year here. Maintenance is great and the current office staff is wonderful. My only complaint is the lack of handicapped parking by the back door.

When I was doing a walk through for my apartment we had found pieces of ceiling on top of our cabinets and a sharp piece of wood wedged between 2 cabinets only visible from the top of them. There was also a piece of wood under the oven that moved and lead to a big space under and around the oven, and my cat was able to crawl under there. Other than those things I love the apartments, they're clean, spacious, smell good, beautiful view, quiet, the people are so nice and the staff is very helpful!

They're quiet they're peaceful they're clean residents are friendly Jocelyn and Manuel are very friendly and helpful and they do a great job keeping the property in good condition

I wish they would prioritize figuring out a better parking situation. Every single person I talk to that lives there that is one of their number one complaints. I’m sorry each apartment should get assigned ONE parking spot. If there are some left they should be free game for either residents or visitors. Plus I there is one resident who uses a huge spot for their tiny tiny bike which sucks. Also I want to say since management changed communication has gone down hill a little bit. There have been a few instances I’ve dealt with this. Like the construction on the stairs with no notice. Construction on sidewalks making doors unusable without notice etc. please communicate more again either by notes on doors or emails.

Devonshire Square Apartments are conveniently located close to Safeway, a liquor store, a McDonald's, and more! Also close to multiple parks with amazing views of the city.

Put in work orders to fix the problems in my apartment I've had for 2 years now with the same problems when I moved in and no one is fixing them they just keep beating around the bush and not doing there job and it's already almost a new year again. And the new management doesn't know how to communicate, she waits for you to keep bringing it up just for them not to do anything

I've lived here about 2 years. The apartments are spacious and decently priced. The whole property seems well taken care of / put together. There are really only two issues. Parking can be tough if you have a night job. There are fewer parking spaces than vehicles, so if you come home late you will have to park on the street somewhere. Not the end of the world. Also, the hallways can trap and retain odors from the apartments for a while, and sometimes have a strong smell (smells from the hallway do NOT go into the apartments though, thankfully!). But again, not the end of the world, and compared to some of the nightmare properties I've lived at Devonshire Square is a dream. :)

We absolutely love it here! From the office staff, to maintence, to the layout of our apartment, to the neighbors. Everyone is so friendly, staff is always on top of things. The only problem we have is our upstairs neighbors have some heavy footing sometimes but that is honestly the only problem we have had with this place the entire time we have been here. I recommend this place to all my friends cuz it really is the perfect place for us.

Entire Square is peaceful quiet convenient stores bus lines management is very nice they keep the place clean I would recommend anyone to live there

I really like living at deveonshire square apartments. It is relatively quiet, has decent amenities, and decent maintenance. I wish there was handicapped parking near the back door.

Great community! I love living here. The amenities are top notch, especially the exercise and fitness rooms. I enjoy using the sauna when it's working.

Great place to stay quiet place in a good neighborhood. Great with getting things fixed promptly. The management answers questions quickly as well.

Everything about living here is amazing! The staff is friendly, maintenance is quick and always ready! My only wish is they would make it more handicap accessible with ramps

I love this complex. Enough so that I renewed my lease. I only have one complaint which I still hope will be fixed or addressed. Which is parking. I really wish we could all be assigned one parking spot. I don’t dare leave the complex after 7:30 unless it’s with Uber or Lyft because of the lack of parking after words. So I have to park on the street somewhere and walk to the complex. Which I worry about my car as well as I am a young female so I also worry about my safety as well. If we can’t assign parking maybe make a deal with the bank across the street so we can park there when they are closed. I love how well the property is maintained. It is a great property.

Devonshire Square Apartments are pretty quiet, with nice amenities including a pool and a workout room with sauna. Convenient to area attractions and shopping. I wish there were handicapped parking spots near the back door.

We've lived here for 3 years and have had some ups and downs but overall has been I good place to live. Neighbors are quiet for the most part. Maintenance works hard to keep the place running smoothly. Kind of frustrated with the amount of cars without permits that parked in the parking lot.

The front office lady is incredibly sweet and informative. The building has clearly been updated in the last decade, and the new management seems to be compassionate and attentive to their tenants needs. Time will tell I supposed

My only real issue is the parking situation and I know I’m not the only resident at all that feels this way. I believe each apartment should get guaranteed one spot. If the apartment has more than one car then they can be first come first serve for the left over spots.

Our maintenance man is always on it and ready to help the building. It’s quite comfortable living, wonderful prices for everything that is available to you !

I've lived here for eight years. It's a friendly and safe place. That's fairly priced. Neighbors are respectful, staff is accommodating, I'm near a lot of different businesses making commute easy and close.

Devonshire is a Quiet and clean apartment complex that is equally good to raise a child and really peaceful for elderly ones as well. Maintenance is quick and efficient too

Only thing I wish they would change is I wish they would assign each resident a parking spot. That way everyone has one spot. Because after 7pm I hate going and doing anything I since I worry about not having a parking spot.

I love living here. They have made a lot of great updates and the staff is friendly. I have lived here for 4 years and the value per square foot is definitely worth it.

Parking can be very difficult, especially in the evenings. I frequently have to park on the streets, and there are some cars that park where they aren't supposed to, but nothing is ever done.

I really enjoy living at Devonshire Square apartment homes. I've been here just about 4 years now, and really couldn't be any happier. The neighbors are mostly nice and quiet, maintenance is on top of things, and office staff does their job.

Laundry machines are always broken. Dogs are running loose down the hallways people don’t pick up after their trash. Dogs barking. Not a very pleasant experience.

I had filled out an application and paid an fee of over $200 However, due to an emergency I was not able to travel to colorado. I was asked numerous time for proof of income, then was told my getting any keys would be based on proof of income again , cashiers check etc. When asked for a refund I was told by Madison the manager there was none. Please be careful of this apartment, they will take your money for nothing. This issue is still not resolved.

I'm impressed with all the new updates that have been made, like the new paint job, reno of the laundry rooms and the new carpet. The management is also great when you're in a tight spot. However recently the door code was changed last minute and we were not notified until I had to call and inquire. Communication could improve.

So far it’s been great, quiet and no problems. Close to all stores and work. People seem really nice and no problems with my apartment. I would definitely go for another year when the time comes up. This summer had a great time at the pool relaxing and swimming.

We’ve just moved in recently, but are enjoying our experience already. We have easily met great neighbors and we have had an excellent experience with management as well.

We just moved in and so far so good! Clean, quiet and very well maintained! Madison in the office is amaaaaazing, super helpful and friendly. Would absolutely recommend :)

Won't allow residents to have a guest at pool. Makes no since you have a pool if you're not allowed to have a friend or family visit and go swim with you.

Just moved here but people seem friendly and the staff are very helpful. Looking forward to getting to know more people. The Devonshire Square is also close to a lot of stores.

The apartments are well kept and maintained. The neighborhood is relatively quiet. Whenever something is broken, maintenance is great about getting on top of it.

Home has never felt so right since we moved in here. The atmosphere is always light and happy, management and maintenance are always on top of things, and it’s a quiet calm area; with an ocasional siren coming off of Circle and it’s barely noticeable. 20/10 do recommend, especially with the amenities offered as well !

Decent experience here going on 2 yrs rent is affordable staff is great...great amenities permit parking . Property pretty quiet it's central located

It has very very very nasty carpet gross smelly Dirty hallways, smells like animal pee stains get dragged into your apartment floor is so dirty….

I never saw a single spider or bug while living here. The moffice and maintenance people were always so helpful. Never had an issue with packages. Security is always checking the building at night.

I’ve lived here for over a year now and it is affordable, convenient and quiet. Everyone who lives here is very friendly and Renee and the maintenance here are always so helpful. I hope to stay here for a long time.

Joe is the best at maintenance issues and comes thru super quick whether how big or small the issue is! I really enjoy the location and the property. I've been very happy with my time as a resident at devonshire

I moved in the summer of 2021 and I just adore my apartment! The manager did a giveaway every month so far just because. My neighbors are chill and I plan on staying for a while.
