Churchill is a laid-back neighborhood situated southwest of Eugene. A 10-minute drive east will bring you into the heart of Eugene while an hour drive west leads to the coast. The western section of Churchill is made up of corporations including Burley Design and Life Technologies, and the middle parts are filled with residential areas centered around Churchill Sports Park. Churchill has a few options for cozy apartments and single-family homes for rent. Churchill residents can find a variety of restaurants and shops a bit outside of the neighborhood in and around Eugene’s downtown district.

Property Ratings at Devonshire Hills Apartments
The price is reasonable for the area, the size, and the service. The response from maintenance is always fast and fixed the same day. The landlord is always friendly and welcoming. I have been here for over 11 years now and have only received one rent raise. The community is quiet and but friendly. There are three laundry facilities, if you don't have a washer/dryer in your home. The laundry takes coins or uses an app. It is near W. 11th and W18th, so easy access to public transportation. Overall a great experience.
The rent here is reasonable at only $645 a month including water and garbage,with 2 bed, 1 1\2 bath, and a kitchen and living room. The buildings are from the seventies so many things are nearing the point where they are needing to be replaced, but the maintenance crew does their job quickly and efficiently. There is a bike path very close by, lots of major businesses just a short drive away (5 min or less), and with the transportation system in Eugene there is no need to drive at all as long as you like biking and or bussing. The only downside is that oak patch is a pretty high traffic road.
