The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Destination at Union
I have been living here for 4 years and I have really enjoyed it. The staff have made me feel so welcomed and I feel as though I will be here a little while longer. Yes it gets noisey but what place don’t. When I call for anything someone is right there if not the next day. I just love it all around!!
I love it here. The staff up front is great you call they are right on whatever you call about. The maintenance guy is great he make sure he get to you soon as possible. I have been here 4 years with no issues so I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a nice place to call home.
I love staying at destination at union, they are super friendly and clean! I feel safe living here, my neighbors are amazing. The management and maintenance team are so attentive, anytime I have an issue they always make sure my home is taken care of. Thank Destination for being clean and safe!
This community has great people such as Sylvia, Krystal, and Rick. They all give people like me a good place to live and won't hesitate to help the best way possible.
It's spacious and affordable. I enjoy living here. The ladies in the office are great. The maintenance service is very promptly and courteous. Great community.
Great place to live. It is always very quiet. The staff are excellent. They are great with names. Maintenance is always on point. When you call the office and tell them there is an issue, they will write up a work order maintenance will be to you the same day.
This is by far the best apartment complex I've ever lived in, but that isn't saying much. When we moved in, everything was clean and appeared in working order. A few months later, we started noticing that the paint was super cheap and would start coming off if anything rubbed against the walls. There are some wiggly outlets. The carpet comes up at the edges just from vacuuming and every day use. It was quiet for the first few months until a group of neighbors moved in that are constantly loud (and though there have been complaints, nothing has been done yet). The grounds used to be much cleaner when there was another maintenance staff as well. Now, there are cigarettes and trash all over. I don't like letting my daughter play outside because of the amount of it. The small workout room would be great, except the machinery isn't very well kept up. The ladies in the office are very nice though, and someone almost always comes out to fix issues that arise. Like I said, best I've ever lived in, but I lived in college housing before. This is an excellent transitional community if you're looking for a place to be temporarily.
The Patriots Apartment is very well laid out, spacious and affordable. There is always an abundance of parking. The maintenance staff is excellent and usually resolve my issues the same day as i place my request. There is a pool and a small fitness center as well as a dog park for those who require it. It is very quiet because of the location. It is back a bit from the busy street so there is no road noise and no one from other communities wander in. It is an excellent place to live and i am sure I will be here for a long long time. The property management team is also very friendly and courteous.
I currently lived here, I have been here for almost 2 yrs when I first came we had some issues but they were handled and haven’t had a problem sense! Krystal and Silvia in the office are always so friendly and ready to help me whenever I need it!
I moved here on December 15 2018.so far I don't have any problem with the apartment.i have Gym,laundry and computer in the office in case.I have a neighbor with kids and as normal sometimes notices but I am a mom too and I understand.but I don't have complain at all.
Everyone is very friendly and nice. I have no complaints.
I have lived at this community for almost 13 years and truly enjoy my apartment living experience. The office staff is very friendly and always available to assist in any way. If there is ever an issue in the apartment the maintenance staff is prompt and efficient. Also, the complex feels safe as there is a courtesy officer that lives on site and is always available to assist in any manner. I wouldn’t want to live any place else!!!
The ladies in the office are always nice and willing to help you. Maintenance man is extremely helpful and works in a efficient manner. I have been here for almost a year and never had any problems with noise or neighbors. Overall its a nice place to live.
The staff is very friendly & helpful, when needed help with something they made sure it was done & make sure that the property is well kept & cleaned up. The neighbors are friendly and everyone keeps to themselves.
I love this community because they are very nice. Everything is updated and the neighbors are friendly. The amenities are more than adequate. I love the "bark park" and my dogs do too! The staff are very friendly, even providing homemade treats for the dogs! No complaints.
I love the community and the whole staff is great. I've been here since 2015 and just renewed my lease because it's so nice and quiet. The management and staff are very friendly. The Swimming Pool is well maintained and I love.
I have lived here since June of 2017. I moved from the DMV. I found this location to be affordable. The two office staff ladies have been nothing less than professional. If I had a maintenance issue, the response time is usually same day. Never past 24hrs. My children play outside. The complex is clean and quiet. I'm a close drive to Charlotte and Concord. I believe this apartment to be a gem for me and my family.
This is a great lace to live! The grounds are kept well, and the staff is very helpful! Love having a pool, gym, and clubhouse!
Destination at union is a very great place to live. It is quiet and everybody is very friendly. The staff are amazing!! I would recommend anyone to live here.
I have lived here a year and love it. It is very clean and neat. I have had no problems. Staff are all very polite and understanding when something goes wrong. I would recommend to any and all.
I love residing at Destination At Union. The staff are the best! They are attentive, friendly and very professional! If I need maintenance for anything, they arrive promptly and take care of the problem quickly and are very professional. My apartment has been upgraded and I have no complaints ! If you are looking for a quiet, friendly place to reside this is it!
the staff is friendly, professional and go out of their way to meet any needs that i might have. One big plus is they have a courtesy officer who lives on site. the apartments are located within minutes of all major roadways, restaurants and shopping. You can walk to the greenway which runs right behind the apartments
like the school bus picked my child near the front office. Overall apartment is spacious but needs lots of work. the staff is fair and nice tenants are low income and trashy
I love this apartment complex. Affordable rents, with large unit and lots of storage. The property is maintained nicely and the pool is great! DFrost
I do not recommend these apartments. They are too small fpr the price and overcharged me multiple times for water. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!
I lived in one of the Studio apartments for 2 years. The office staff is friendly and helpful! I had very few maintenance issues but all were dealt with in 24 hours. The complex is older but they are updating as vacancies occur. The residents in my building were all friendly and quiet. I always felt safe! It's not a complex that's full of all the latest interiors or amenities but it was a safe, secure and great option for me. I would recommend again!
Old run down apartment complex. Ladies in the office are nice but the place is in desperate need of a make over. Very poor lighting at night especially in the front lot. Lots of low income, minority or white trash types live here. There is dog poop EVERYWHERE!!! You step in it every day. Residents take no pride in the area and management only provides 2 barrels for this big place. So people just don’t pick it up. The dog bark park is a joke. Very small and every inch is full of dog poop. It really smells. Must be some sort of health code violation. The units are very old, lots of old leaky faucets, floors that creak, windows that leak. Only 1 maintenance guy for this whole place so nothing gets fixed. I’d avoid living here at all costs.
