Equipped with a full kitchen including stove and brand new refrigerator. Unit fully renovated – new mini-blinds throughout, fresh paint. Personal covered parking within feet of your door. Safe and secure. Pet friendly. $1,325.00 per month, includes water, trash and sewer, tenant will be billed for electric based on usage. Park amenities also include a pool, exercise room and laundry right nearby, a dog park, children’s playground and right across from the turtle pond w/fountain to relax and enjoy the wildlife! We are currently running a move in special $999 per month for the first 3 months!
