Staff was friendly and was able to answer all my questions. I was able to see all the features of the apartment twice. After that, I made the decision to make Deseo my new home.
I love living at Deseo. The front office is always accommodating and the maintenance staff has a fast turn over. Sometimes it can be hard to get a parking spot when its late, however I always feel safe walking around the community. The free coffee is always a great amenity and the fitness center has so many options!

I’ve been living here for 2 going on 3 months. So far so good, don’t have any complaints. I have come across certain flaws that could use some improvement. This includes the gate. Many occurrences where the gate won’t open or is broken/not working.

The complex is alright but when it comes to fixing things that need to be fixed, they do not care. It takes them between two to three days to come out to fix and it’s not done right. My AC has been having problems for a few months. It’s been reading five degrees hi go r than the set temp. Someone came out today to “fix” it and it’s still not reading correctly. It’s the summer and it gets really hot. They replaced the thermostat but it’s still reading five degrees higher than the set temp. It’s ridiculous I pay too much money to live here for them to not properly fix things. Not I’m suffering and they do not care. My room is extremely hot and I have trouble sleeping. That makes the next day miserable because I did not get a good nights sleep because it’s beyond hot in the room. Also, they are notorious for not answering the phones. When you have a quick question, you would want to call but they do not answer so you have to go up to the office just to ask. This is ridiculous as well.

Is nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone in the office through phone. The pool has been closed for a year now, which basically defeats the purpose of even having one.
I've lived on property for over 5 years now and I've enjoyed it, I haven't had too many issues aside from the normal ones that arise when living in a complex. I don't mind recommending others rent here. I do hope that the pool will finally be open this summer as it was closed all last summer.

So far, so good... I'm really enjoying it here. The property is really nice, I'm using the amenities. I'm just wondering when the pool is going to open, and would suggest some maintenance/cleaning to the breezeway where the apartment home doors are located. But... happy to be here!

I enjoy living here for the most part. It’s a quiet community aside of my upstairs neighbors, I do wish we had security on site, a stair master and someone to answer the phone when I call the leasing office. I’ve had a few issues since moving here September 2024 but almost everything gets resolved.

Quiet and peaceful. the amenities are very modern and well kept together. The mailbox the business area and gym and pool are all near each other so you don’t have to walk so far. It’s just the parking is very limited.

Great place to live. Shopping centers great restaurants are all nearby.Friendly office staff who cares about your concerns. I recommend this complex.

The communication isn't great. Its extremely hard to get anyone in the leasing office on the phone. That really takes away from everything else.

Beautiful apartment complex with quick access to the Westpark Tollway. Great floor plans with walk-in closets and built-in desks. Lots of trees and side walks, great for dog walking. Also has a dog park.

Since moving to DESEO, I’ve been less than impressed with my experience. To start, the apartment wasn’t clean upon moving in and two days of living here I found roaches(like the bug) in the kitchen and roaches (like the short end of a marijuana cigarette) under the built in desk. The inside of the apartment smelled like smoke. It seems like everyone on the property smokes pot, too. You can’t get the office to return an email or a phone call. No one cleans up after their dogs. People leave their trash scattered around the outside of the dumpsters. Non-residents are parking in resident parking. The pool and surrounding amenities are closed by the county. If the property wasn’t so close to work and as quiet as it is, I’d have major regrets moving here.

Friendly leasing staff and dog park is nice. Lots of options in weight room. They have secure lockers inside the leasing building for Amazon delivers.
