Deseo at Grand Mission

I recently moved into this apartment community and I’m very happy with it! It’s a quiet and peaceful place with lots of convenient facilities nearby. The area is clean, with nice green spaces and a great dog park. People around seem friendly, and the staff has been wonderful — they provided clear information and guided me smoothly through the move-in process. Overall, a great place to live!

I fell in love with this apartment complex. I absolutely adore my home. I've had a magical experience. And im over the moon with my new journey here at Deseo.

Friendly staff, nice neighbors, fast response to maintenance issues. Overall very happy.

For the most part of my residency at Deseo at Grand Mission has been very good.

This is my second year renting Deseo at Grand Mission and is being very good, Any time we have a problem we call or send a message and they always answer promptly.

i’ve been staying here about a four months now, and I had a couple issues with my apartment. Also had a couple issues with AC seed. Sometimes doesn’t work. Also, when I tried to reach to the front desk or the office. I have a hard time reaching them. They basically answered when they want other than that. It’s OK I guess.

Living at the complex has been a dynamic and transformative experience. It’s more than just a place to stay—it’s a community that has offered both comfort and growth. The environment balances privacy with connection, encouraging independence while still fostering a neighborly spirit. I’ve met people from different backgrounds, which has broadened my outlook and made daily life more engaging. The design and amenities support both quiet reflection and shared moments, whether in communal spaces or peaceful corners. Navigating everyday challenges here—whether personal, logistical, or interpersonal—has helped me grow more adaptable and self-aware. The management team and support services have contributed to a strong sense of security and belonging. My time at the complex has not only shaped how I live but also how I connect with space and community, leaving me with meaningful memories and personal growth.

Staff was friendly and was able to answer all my questions. I was able to see all the features of the apartment twice. After that, I made the decision to make Deseo my new home.

I love living at Deseo. The front office is always accommodating and the maintenance staff has a fast turn over. Sometimes it can be hard to get a parking spot when its late, however I always feel safe walking around the community. The free coffee is always a great amenity and the fitness center has so many options!

Great area and residents the front desk ladies are very nice and helpful !! Overall just been great experience renting my first apartment ever ????

I just moved here and so far everyone is so nice and friendly. The community is very nice and quiet. So happy to have joined this community.

Maintenance is great. Area is great the property is kept clean. I haven’t had many issues other than needing someone to spray inside for bugs

I have been at these apartments for 4 years now. The staff members are the best! Maintenance issues are addressed right away! I love the security measures as well! Overall, and awesome place to reside!

Nice, I love the environment, I have 4 kids and they really love thier home, adore my flat! The location is excellent, offering quick access to eateries, retail establishments, and public transportation. The pool and fitness center in the complex are nice but I have never used them, but I need a maintenance guy, who will I contact

It’s lovely, the facilities amenities make it all worth while. It’s a safe place any time during the night. The pool and gym are always kept clean

So far so good I'm encouraged with the environment and maintenance culture and the management team are prompt to attend to situations and offers solutions as much as possible

I’ve been living here for 2 going on 3 months. So far so good, don’t have any complaints. I have come across certain flaws that could use some improvement. This includes the gate. Many occurrences where the gate won’t open or is broken/not working.

The complex is alright but when it comes to fixing things that need to be fixed, they do not care. It takes them between two to three days to come out to fix and it’s not done right. My AC has been having problems for a few months. It’s been reading five degrees hi go r than the set temp. Someone came out today to “fix” it and it’s still not reading correctly. It’s the summer and it gets really hot. They replaced the thermostat but it’s still reading five degrees higher than the set temp. It’s ridiculous I pay too much money to live here for them to not properly fix things. Not I’m suffering and they do not care. My room is extremely hot and I have trouble sleeping. That makes the next day miserable because I did not get a good nights sleep because it’s beyond hot in the room. Also, they are notorious for not answering the phones. When you have a quick question, you would want to call but they do not answer so you have to go up to the office just to ask. This is ridiculous as well.

I have been here for about 4.5yrs. This has been one of my favorite properties. Id recommend to anyone, plus it’s in a convenient location close to west park toll and many stores and restaurants

I have been a resident for 5 years and I have enjoyed every day. The location is minutes away from all my favorite shopping stores.. The grounds are always well kept.. The leasing office agents are always patient helpful and friendly.. I recommend Deseo to anyone who wants to reside in quiet friendly thriving environment.

Is nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone in the office through phone. The pool has been closed for a year now, which basically defeats the purpose of even having one.

I've lived on property for over 5 years now and I've enjoyed it, I haven't had too many issues aside from the normal ones that arise when living in a complex. I don't mind recommending others rent here. I do hope that the pool will finally be open this summer as it was closed all last summer.

Safe and affordable! Office is easy to work will and willing to help with anything! Dog park is a plus with lots of green space throughout the property makes it a dream for dog owners!

It is pretty quiet which is nice to know anyone could sleep in and not have too many disturbances I also have not had any issues with neighbors or neighborhood,can’t complain

The front staff (Victoria & Laura with glasses) have been amazing. To connect with an individual in a spiritual and loving sense is truly a gift. They made me feel welcomed, accepted, and as if this is were I belonged. Thank you for making this experience an unforgettable one.

Deseo apartments is a friendly and comfy community. I honestly look forward to return home after work to relax in the comfort of my apartment. The apartments are well kept and I love how quiet it is. The available food trucks on Fridays so don't have to drive for takeout food. I love the Deseo!

Great place to live! Have not had a bad experience since moving in. Parking is great and complex is very clean and well-maintained. Plenty of amenities, as well!

So far, so good... I'm really enjoying it here. The property is really nice, I'm using the amenities. I'm just wondering when the pool is going to open, and would suggest some maintenance/cleaning to the breezeway where the apartment home doors are located. But... happy to be here!

I enjoy living here for the most part. It’s a quiet community aside of my upstairs neighbors, I do wish we had security on site, a stair master and someone to answer the phone when I call the leasing office. I’ve had a few issues since moving here September 2024 but almost everything gets resolved.

Place is amazing and it’s quite too! We enjoyed our stay here and management is very responsive and even maintenance is quite fast, recommend for others

Excellent location with exceptionally friendly/knowledgeable staff. Great value for money. Great maintenance team, work completed on time and satisfactory.

The apartments are in good condition and clean. The office and maintenance are always available to help us with any issues or concern. The community is very friendly to each other.

My apartment needed some minor touch ups post move in but other than that I am satisfied. Very peaceful and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Was an easy process to applying and getting the requirements for move-in. Everything seems to be running tooo smooth right now and I look forward to having a great time living at deseo at grand mission

The application process was very easy , move in process was very easy as well. Deseo offers suggestions on an application where you can contact movers and make the moving process even more hassle free. The apartment is great! The leasing office is very informative. Property is well kept & clean. The trash service is great! So far my experience has been to a good start

Quiet and peaceful. the amenities are very modern and well kept together. The mailbox the business area and gym and pool are all near each other so you don’t have to walk so far. It’s just the parking is very limited.

Deseo at Grand Mission is a wonderful place to call home. The beautiful landscaping and style of community grabs your attention on arrival! Having the floor plan options, pricing, safety, amenities, and consistently professional leasing staff are unmatched!! And an additional bonus is the top tier communication from leasing team/management and the cherry on top is Food Truck Fri-Yay(s)!!

Great place to live. Shopping centers great restaurants are all nearby.Friendly office staff who cares about your concerns. I recommend this complex.

Nice apartment. So far it’s been good residing here. I only need my washing machine changed. It’s a very beautiful apartment and the price worths it

Everyone is so nice. The process has been pretty easy so far. Pretty excited for moving in! The community looks nice and well kept, some great perks that they have for the community

The communication isn't great. Its extremely hard to get anyone in the leasing office on the phone. That really takes away from everything else.
