Very happy with Denton North, it is very quiet and the staff is wonderful. The community is clean and neighbors are friendly and helpful. I would recommend to everyone and anyone looking for an apartment.

Best Place in Denton

Helpful, Caring staff and maintenance is awesome. I recommend living here you will not be disappointed.

Worst place to live!

This is the worst place to live in Denton. I have lived there for two years. Don't move into this apartment if you don't want to waste your time. The servce of the staff is very bad expecially when you are going to move out.

Great place to live!!

My boyfriend and I have lived in several apartments and we never stayed. However, this has been our best home so far, as it is a quiet complex and the management really does treat us well! No complaints at all about this complex! They usually fix everything quickly, too!

Great place to live!

I have lived here for several years and I love it. It is quiet and friendly. Carol is an awesome landlord and really cares about her tenants. They work with you when needed and do their best to keep the place neat and tidy. It is very peaceful here and the neighbors are great.

I have lived here sense September and I really love it here. It is a very quite peaceful place. I feel really safe here as well. I would recommend this place to anybody in my family or friends to move here. The staff here is so very nice and friendly. To me and my family. Thank you all for making me feel right at home.

Family Friendly

I have lived here since August, and I love every bit of it. Prices are reasonable, and it's very family friendly. The office staff is tremendous, and the maintenance staff as well. My kids love it here
