The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Denizen
James has been excellent. He is transparent and professional made my move easy when relocating to San Diego.
In my 83 years of life I have lived in three apartments; and the Denizen is by far the best! I would recommend the Denizen to any age group; as you will never find a better place to live.
We are extremely happy with our Denson experience. We selected this apartment based on the proximity to the Hillcrest area, good use of space, outstanding amenities, experience, staff, and friendly, neighbors.
The Denizen is an incredible community to live in. It just has that home-like feel that you can’t replicate. Every step since my tour with Donald has been smooth, and management has been amazingly helpful throughout. I couldn’t overstate how nice it’s been to live here!
Great location, beautiful facilities, nice staff and neighbors. Glad to be here!
I am 82 years old and a I have lived in four apartment’s in my life and this is the best experience I’ve had renting an apartment. I am quite sure this will be my last home.( I will be going out in style!) Also the location is excellent, as I sold my car and everything is close by, so I have no need for a car.
I love living at Denizen! My moving circumstances were rushed but I got lucky: I feel like I ended up in the best apartment in the best neighborhood (in the best city!). The folks who run the building are all super kind and friendly, there are lots of doggos, the amenities are stellar - and I get to watch the sunset from my balcony?? ??
I had a pleasure of joining the Denizen community. Lovely building and amenities. The property management tram are very approachable, helpful and professional. Highly recommended
Awesome community. Moving in was a breeze. Extremely helpful staff. Super clean and quiet building. A living experience so far.
A well thought out and designed residence, kind of a home or choice hotel atmosphere.
Denizen is a very unique property with amazing amenities. Staff here is amazing and made the move in process simple. Can't wait to see the property completely done soon eith construction. Rooftop pool is going to be a great hangout spot.
