Love it here
So glad we chose this place over the "luxory" apartment homes in the area. It's still a safe, quiet, apartment complex right Across from all of the fun of Mt.Lookout square and close to Oakley and Hyde Park square for half the cost of a "luxory" apartment and one third the cost of the houses in the area. So love being able to save the extra money for other adventures and not sink it all into housing.

Inexpensive Apartment
It's a great deal for the location. Very inexpensive, includes parking spots and a pool. It's a minute walk to local bars and restaurants, and very close to major highways - so getting downtown or across the city is quick. The landlord is attentive, but the building is a bit old and not everything is well taken care of. Overall - if you're looking for a cheap place the live, this is one of the better options.
