I lived in another complex down the street. It was the nightmare of all nightmares. DELO has been just the opposite. A wonderful place to live.

First and foremost the management is extremely professional the maintenance is extremely professional and they attack the problem immediately it's always quiet my neighbors are peaceful when I come home after working 14-hour days is a very very peaceful that's what's important to me peace

DELO is a great place to live. The staff and maintenance team are stellar, generally going above-and-beyond for the residents. Anything you want is well within walking distance and there is a great sense of community among the residents.

Delo Apartments are more than apartments for me, they are home. Not only is the team here amazing and so willing to help (no matter your request), the community among the neighbors is the most friendly I have ever experienced. We hang out, watch out for each other, and even help each other in times of need. That is a home. The office and maintence team are both responsive, nice, and do a good job. I love living at Delo!

Excellent location with lovely community and well maintained apartments.

Outstanding management team - extremely responsive and helpful. I was nervous about the online reviews regarding the train nearby, but it has really not been an issue at all and we are on the ground floor. I'm from NYC and I'm used to terrible landlords so this has been an incredibly refreshing change. Don't listen to the haters online. It's a great place to live.

I never felt like a part of the community till I moved to Delo Apartments. From the amazing staff, to my awesome neighbors, and lastly my beautiful apartment complex.

The Delo Apartment Community is a beautiful, quiet, and chic place to live. The community has wonderful amenities including a gym center, all new appliances in all the apartments, central air conditioning, happy hour events, phenomenal walkability around the complex and to downtown Louisville. I would highly recommend living here if you are a young professional or family looking for a quiet and safe neighborhood that also has a liveliness and vibrancy to it!

As someone looking to make a move from Florida to Colorado without ever having visited, the team at DELO Apartments made the leasing process painless. Erika gave a great virtual tour and assisted with any questions that I had. Upon arrival, I met Jill, who gave me a tour of the amenities and, ultimately, my new home. She recommended some local businesses and restaurants in the area, which I was grateful to receive! The apartment was clean, and my neighbors, quiet. The location is superb, as I enjoy the walkability and proximity to downtown Louisville. All in all, great experience! I would certainly recommend someone to live here. Thanks, team DELO!

Wonderful location, wonderful staff. There are always complainers at any complex that try to bring down the reputation and some of these reviews are just that. Whoever said there are SIX trains that go by.... are you in Louisville, Kentucky or Louisville, CO? There is one train a day IF THAT, and yes, sometimes it is at 1 or 2 in the morning, but if your windows are shut, it’s typically not loud enough to wake you unless you’re a very light sleeper. In regards to COVID, when rules state that there are to be no gatherings, your “free beer” and “suggestions” as to how to continue gatherings are not valid. Maintenance staff, especially Kyle, is great and if you put in a work order, it’s usually handled or at least addressed same day. When it snows, walkways are cleared same day to the best of their ability. My car is parked here every single day and I’ve not once had a flyer put on it, nor do the hallways smell like weed and if that bothers you, maybe Louisville, Kentucky IS a better location for you. How much time do you spend in the hallways, anyway? This place is a fine place to live with a welcoming community and awesome location.

Delo apartments is such a welcoming and warm community. The staffs kindness has made me feel safe and supported. They have been so great with communicating. I love how quiet and clean it is here. I feel like Im in my own little city. The updates inside the apartment make me feel like Im in a luxurious space and create such a beautiful and aesthetically pleasing environment. I love being here!

I would give less stars if I could. My SO and I chose DELO due to the proximity to Boulder, and because we absolutely fell in love with Louisville. However, since we have lived here (which is just barely over a year), we have gone through 10 Office Staff members, have absolutely no communication from office staff, and if you don't contact maintenance over the phone, you better be prepared to wait several days to get your problem fixed. The apartments look nice at first, but after a year of living here, all the problems have become apparent. We have nails in our walls from before we moved here, the cheap appliances are breaking down, our doors and windows are not sealed properly so we get a draft constantly, even though this is a non-smoking community the hallways reek of pot, we get flyers and cards on our cars all the time, even though they claim the property is a non-soliciting property, just to name a few things. Part of the perks of living here was the promise of free beer every night except Sundays, a workout room, community events, and an office to use. I understand Covid shut down most of these amenities, but when members of the community proposed ways to make these amenities socially distanced, the managers ignored us. We were also told that the train that runs behind the apartments would not bother us as there was maybe only one train a day, but that was also a lie. These apartments lie on a major shipping line, and we get roughly 6 trains a day, and they blow their horns loudly, no matter what time it is. You can also feel the train coming by if you live in a bottom floor apartment. Overall, they brand these apartments as Luxury, but they are definitely not luxury, nor are they worth the price you are paying in rent.

Trees are dead and unkempt. Windows are filthy and obstruct the view. Rude and unaccommodating staff cycle out of the front office like a revolving door. However, good place for a dog or two and nice proximity to downtown Louisville.

Everything about my experience, from the tour to the application to moving in to my first few months here, has been great. I knew from day one that I made the right choice.

I appreciate that Delo is a nice, safe, attractive, non-smoking community within walking distance of Main Street Louisville.

Delo Apartments is an Amazingly Excellent Community, the Location CANNOT be Beat. I love the Open Floor Plans, the Nice High Ceilings make the Space feel MUCH Larger. I Absolutely Love the Style and the Management Team is Very Helpful and Friendly.
