I love how peaceful and quiet it is to live in Delaware on Primrose Apartments. I feel safe here and I've lived here for four years. I love that it is in walking distance to many stores and restaurants, parks, the gym, the mall and even the farmers market and its close to beautifu l residential neighborhodds to walk in as well. I feel safe here and its very peaceful.
Delaware on Primrose is a great place to live. We have a dog park, a basketball court, children's playground and swimming pool. Lots of shopping nearby, most within walking distance. Management is very helpful and nice.
Very impressed of the landscaping. Maintenance has always answered in timely manner. Conveniently located. Been here 2 years now.
We love living here its a nice and safe and quite place to live and its close to everything that you need like shopping and places to eat and the apartments are nice and the staff are always hard at work keeping everything up and looking good it would be nice if there like small storage units to keep your stuff in
