It was my first time leasing an apartment and management was very helpful in giving me all the details necessary to make this my new home. Being so close to Magazine St is awesome, always something to do. All the amenities are also very nice and always kept so clean.
I've been here for a little over a week and despite having a pretty sparse apartment while my things arrive, the amenities have been amazing. I love the clubhouse; it's a perfect luxe coffee-house vibe (you can even grab some Starbucks from the machine if you really wanted to complete said vibe) and is fantastic for focus. Since it's July I've spent my time indoors and the fitness center makes it easy. The location is great and allows me and my pup to walk to at least two parks (that I've found so far). The staff is really friendly and patient. Being here on my own has been its own brand of stress, but knowing that the people here are professional and ready to help makes it easier.

Its a great building in a great area. Awesome amenities and my dogs and I feel like this is a great home for us. Just want the office to be a little more friendly and inviting when it comes to customer service and be mindful of issues going on with the building. I have enjoyed it here, its just small issues that can be easily corrected.
Clean, modern, with many amenities and attentive staff
I just moved in and still getting my footing. So far its good, umm I think residents needs to pick up after their dogs more and the halls can be vacuumed to keep up with the appearance.
The Delaneaux is a beautiful new complex with great amenities and a very friendly and helpful staff. They offer great community activities and perks to residents throughout each month. If you have any issues the app makes it easy to submit service requests and the staff responds very quickly!

The Delaneaux is a great place to live. It is a well built and designed community. The hallways and community and general are very comfortable and quiet and the safe is so amazing to work with, which makes for easy living in the Big Easy. I love living at the Delaneaux and I am so happy with my choice to move in!
