I’ve been living in an apartment at Delaire Landing for nine years and love it! Everyone in Leasing Office are attentive to your needs and requests! Kathy is an outstanding apartment manager! Always pleasant and willing to help! Edith and Keri are awesome too! Whenever I request a repair, it’s almost always completed within 24 hours! Can’t get any better than that! Tommy, Dave and the maintenance crew are very competent! I enjoy the shuttle to the train station. Sonia is the driver and gets to know everyone and where to drop you off on the loop road! I would highly recommend living at Delaire!

I have been leasing my apartment for 20 years in Delaire Landing. The girls in the leasing office are great. The greatest one is Kathy. SHE IS DELAIRE LANDING!! I would not go anywhere else because I know there would never be anyone else like Kathy. She is caring, kind, and always on top of what needs to be taken care of. Whenever I need something done in my apt, it took one call to her and it was taken care of immediately. Our maintenance guys are prompt and courteous. Tommy also is always there when you need him. It is juts wonderful living here at Delaire Landing.
The apartments are roomy, perfect size kitchens and rent is affordable the maintence team is always around in case there is a problem plus for peace of mind this is a security entrance complex, pool, playground, picnic area plus large deck overlooking Delaware River.
Young or old, Delaire Landing Apartments is the place to be! Beautifully landscaped apartments (1 or 2 bedrooms apartments & also condos for sale) located right on the gorgeous Delaware River and only 15 minutes from Center City. Amenities include 2 outdoor pools (1 heated), gym, rec-center and more! Shuttles available for many trips to the mall, grocery store and transit(which is located just outside the gate for buses and just around the corner for the train). The best part of living here--three years for me now--is that this place truly holds that community feeling that we all lack at one point in our lives. Everyone is friendly, caring and helpful. There is no better place to live!!
Delaire Landing is a wonderful place to live. It is a gated community. The staff is polite and helpful. We have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with spacious living room and laundry room for a very reasonable price. View of the river is beautiful! Wouldn't want to be anywhere else!
Delaire Landing Apt Complex is a great place to live. It's built on the Delaware River with beautiful landscapes and views. I sometimes can't believe that I'm still in the city when I sit on the river Observation Deck; it's like being in the country. The apartments are very nice, spacious and well-maintained. I have lived at Delaire for 10 years now, and I love it. Highly recommend it for business professionals, couples/empty-nesters, and even young families. Rent is a little bit high, but for what you get, it is well worth it!
I'm so glad I chose Delaire Landing as my home to live. It is so peaceful and quiet. I feel very safe. The grounds are so well kept. It is a great place to take walks and feel safe. Beautiful pool and tennis courts along with recreation center. Easily accessible to main roads or public transportation if needed. I'm happy living here and plan to stay for a long time. Age-wise - mixed.....everyone seems to blend together. Living here over 12 years.....neighbors look out for each other without invading your privacy. It's a comforting feeling knowing that maintenance responds within 24 hours for routine requests - other requests are given immediate attention. There is security at front gate, nice clubhouse with fitness room and two outdoor pools. The loop road circling the property gives the incentive to get outdoors and receive a smile and hello from everyone else who is out walking. There are 3 floors (each having four units) in each building and there are convenient laundry rooms. The laundry card is re-charged in the rental office which makes for a good excuse to "chat" with Kathy and Edith, our friendly rental agents. The secret is out - more and more people are interested in living in this desirable community which is blocks from Route #95 in addition to the trains going south into Center City Philadelphia and going north to Trenton and New York City.
MY APARTMENT AT DELAIRE LANDING IS VERY COMFORTABLE. I GET THE SUN SHINING IN ALL DAY LONG. THERE ARE SIX HUGE CLOSETS AND STORAGE AREAS. IT IS A 2 BEDROOM ONE BATH. THE CLOSET OFF THE MASTER BEDROOM IS A WALK IN CLOSET WITH AMPLE ROOM FOR EVERYTHING YOU POSSESS. THERE IS A HUGE STORAGE AREA OFF THE LIVING ROOM WHERE YOU CAN EVEN SET UP A BED FOR OVERNIGHT GUESTS. THE STAFF IS VERY ATTENTIVE TO YOUR REQUESTS AT ALL TIMES OF THE DAY. I LOVE MY APARTMENT AND WILL CONSIDER STAYING THERE FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE.
I moved here almost 2 years ago after going through a divorce. My great experience started with the amazing service I received from Kathy at the leasing office. She made me want to move in right away. The apartment that I have is rather big and very well taken care of. I got an upgraded unit and it looks really nice. I get a lot of feedback from my friends about the staff at the front gate. They are so friendly. This property is very well taken care of and I couldn't be happier to call this place home.
