The new manager in the office is really great and friendly. I would like if we could have 1 security person on site from 8 pm to 8 am. I have seen a few homeless people sleeping by the pool and going into the gym late at night.
The new management hasn’t, in my opinion, done a great job at introducing themselves accordingly to the neighborhood, which is rather disappointing. They said that they have new management, but they never disclosed to whom they were and do not communicate very well.

So far my resident experience has been fantastic! Moving in was a breeze and everything was in tiptop shape and clean. The amenities such as the pool and gym have been great as well.

We are new residents but we are very please with our moving in experience so far, the amenities are beautiful, staff members very kind and helpful. The community itself seems very well planned, lots of outdoor area to take walks, ply around with the kids all of that while feeling very safe and tranquil. Beautiful finishes in the apartment itself and I can’t get enough of the beautiful view we have from every window of our place.

Del Ola is a property in decline. Many things broken. Security is not tight, rules for property not enforced. Rent is too high for the quality of the community. I gave DO a 2 for the staff. They are very nice and professional but ineffective.

Living here at Del Ola is usually a relatively peaceful experience. The neighborhood is placed in the middle of the cities, Boca Raton and Delray Beach, which is extremely convenient if you are an event goer.

Safe and clean community. Gates always work and parking never an issue. Can barely hear train across the street. Responsive maintenance upon request with easy to use resident portal. Front office is tough to communicate with but will eventually come around.

Quiet community. Hidden gem, location wise. Nestled between Downtown Boca and Downtown Delray. I really like the overall aesthetic of the community. I only wish there was more parking available.

Everyone has been great and helpful so far. The leasing agent who helped me the most was Alfredo to get me into the Unit that suited me the best. The property manager always answers in a timely manner. The community is always kept up nicely and I am happy and safe that it is gated! I think the pool should NOT be heated though! So far it’s been really nice living here. Residents are friendly and welcoming. Staff has been helpful and attentive. The move in process was smooth. Stephanie did a great job at getting us in quickly. They are short staffed so it is very hard to get ahold of the office. Luckily we weren’t moving from too far and were able to come in often to get help from someone.

We've been at Del Ola since February and everything has been wonderful. The facilities are beautiful, well-maintained and landscaping is lush and gorgeous. Any minor maintenance issues we've had have been addressed rapidly. The entire experience has been much better than expected!

We need the wifi to work in the gym. You can't use your heart radio or get email alerts when in the gym. This a big problem for many residents. The wifi also barely works in coffee area or upstairs. What's the point of even having this area if you can't work from home. Nothing is being dome about this and it's been over 6 months since it stopped working.

What you see is truly what you get. I loved the place from the moment I saw it online and now that I’ve moved in, I love it even more. Staff is super friendly, very patient, understanding, and always willing to help.The maintenance crew is also amazing! Communication is key, and believe me, they have it! THis community took a turn for the worst when Del Ola took over. Aggressive breeds everywhere. Smoking and vaping in common areas and on porches. Dog poop, pee and vomit all over walkways and common area grass. Off Leash animals in pool area on weekends and in courtyard. Parties in pool at night with propped open pool doors on weekends to allow all guests in. Office staff that does not take care of issues.

Couldn’t ask for a better first apartment! Zero complaints. Many amenities, makes you feel like you’re living in paradise. Nice pool with cabanas. Clean gym with plenty of equipment. Playground and dog park. Love it here !

So far so good. The community is nice, the staff has been very helpful from the leasing agent, to the manager to the repair staff that fixed the issue with my water. No complaints.
