The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Deer Park Apartments
I had the pleasure of meeting with the owner (Mr.Allan) of this establishment last month, on my belated brother's Birthday. I told Mr.Allan about my urgency in finding a 2 bedroom apartment by the end of November. Unfortunately, there was none available at the time but there was a 1 bedroom that he kindly showed me. It was a cute apartment but too small for me. I didn't lose hope. I continued to look for apartments in the area but I kept coming back to Mr.Allan to see if he had any vacancy for me. None at the times that I would go to see him. He is a very busy man but he had time for me and that meant a lot to me at my time of need. He was God sent. Good listener and very attentive human being! Well, there is a happy ending as it was in the beginning. I will be moving into my beautiful 2 bedroom apartment on December 3rd! I can't wait! God is good!
