Worst Excuse of A Management Company
I lived in the Deco East Building for two and a half years and received experienced the most disgusting customer service. The doorman "lose" packages constantly and management is near impossible to get in touch with, and when you do happen to get in touch with them, they offer no solution. I was once charged a $176 late fee for when my check was a few days late due to a major snow storm. The super is extremely rude not helpful and there is always vomit and empty beer cans in the stairwell/on the roof. Someone stole a smoke detector from my apartment and the super said I would not be charged - however, I saw a charge of $50 on my security deposit return form. Additionally, I was in contact with Bibi who was EXTREMELY rude and refused to provide receipts for the smoke detector and a $1400 charge for floor repair. This is unacceptable. This management company is unprofessional and takes advantage of their tenants. Beware of the Deco East and the rest of Lalezarian's properties.
