Dash Downers Grove is an upscale apartment community. While certainly not an inexpensive place to live, it is a well run, smoke free environment with an excellent on site management and maintenance team.

Beautiful rental property in downtown Downers Grove. Very walkable and close to train. Excellent management and many building amenities. While not inexpensive, living at Dash provides comfort, security and truly a maintenance free lifestyle.

Management is very attentive to issues/problems. The location of Dash to train is a big plus. It stays pretty quiet on my floor so I don’t have to listen to any outside noise or neighbors.

Dash Downers Grove was the best decision. My 780sf unit provides plenty of space and storage. The proximity to both downtown DG and Chicago is awesome. I love it here!
