We moved in and immediately felt HOME! We love the amenities and of course our unit and the STAFF!! Highly recommend moving in take advantage of that deal you won’t regret it. (:
Customer Service is Top Notch, They get back to you so quickly, they are so friendly, and pet friendly, they care about you, maintenance is very fast as well. The apartments are clean and fairly new. The outside and pool is very clean and neat. I recommend this complex very highly.
The Dalton is hands down the best property in the area. The amenities and staff are amazing. Ronya, the property manager, is the kindest manager who genuinely cares about her residents and staff! I'm glad I chose The Dalton to call home!
If you are looking for an apartment, you need to check out the Dalton in Pflugerville. The staff was so sweet, helpful, and made me feel like I was home. I highly recommend the Dalton. Thank you Ronya for going above and beyond in serving my family.

The management here unfortunately holds their residents to a completely different standard than they hold themselves. They allow their own management to be complacent and incompetent while inconveniencing residents and their guests. It’s a real shame that management has chosen to ruin their chances of having quality tenants. The amenities are great but not worth putting up with any of the staff. Special shout-out to Rhonda for making assumptions while not doing her job and making excuses for herself and her staff.
I have never in my 30 years of renting met property management as unprofessional, rude, and shady as the Dalton’s. I’ll be sure to find the owning entity and reach out regarding the management
I’ve been looking for a newer property to relocate my daughter. She fell in love with The Dalton. I couldn’t say enough great things about the young man, Andrew, that gave us the tour. He was friendly, answered all our questions and even told us about businesses near by. Wonderful service.
I applied for a specific apartment at the Dalton and just before I got an approval email they contacted me to tell me that there was an issue with the apartment I wanted but they had another . I told them I was not interested in a different apartment and to please cancel my application . I said I know the application fees I payed were non refundable but I expected the administrative fee of $150 I paid to be returned since they were the ones trying to change things up and I was not satisfied with their offer of a different apartment. They said that the $150 administrative fee was also non refundable which is some shady business practices considering they were the ones that made the unacceptable changes. I should have believed all the prior negative reviews of the management at the Dalton. I will be filling a report with the BBB against the management company TerraCap management that operates the apartments for running a bait and switch with applicants.
Good plan layout for apartments. Horrible Management! My first week I had a very bad leak coming from the ac unit. My whole dining area and kitchen was flooded with water. Management/maintenance was prompt in getting it fixed which I appreciate. Also my apartment had tons of insects and I even seen a little mouse one day scurrying my kitchen floors. When asking Shane at front office about my mailbox number he gives me the wrong box number and suprisingly the key opened that box too! So they gave me wrong key! Problem after problem here. Management claims pest control comes out once a week but with the amount of insects ive seen that doesn’t seem accurate. . Honestly For the price of these apartments , it is very lackluster. I wont’t tell you not to move here but like the artist Drake says “i’m just saying you CAN FIND BETTER! I won’t be resigning Update: for lease renewal they went up $83 dollars on rent. They also tried to shorten my lease by a few days because i didnt sign. The unit next to me has been vacant since December and they have the audacity to raise the rent. I hope this whole property goes BANKRUPT! Please please please DO NOT SIGN HERE! If you value your money. Please don’t sign here!

I love the Dalton Apartments. The staff is very accommodating and attevtive to the needs of the residents. Raunya (Property Manage) is very focused on creating a great place for residents to enjoy thier living experience! Also the dogs here love her! I would give The Dalton a 10 star for an excellent staff! :)
Let me just start out with- I put in at least 5 maintenance requests the day I moved in. My apartment was a mess and was literally falling apart. Shoe prints all over the door, my balcony door was broken and wouldn’t lock or open, the toilet paper holder fell off the vanity, the list goes on. Our AC broke at least 5 times in the summer and we have a big fluffy dog that I had to bring to the front office to cool off. Everything here was built so poorly, the shower has barely any caulk around it, there are so many unpatched holes in the unit we have had both ants and roaches as many other tenants have. The girls that worked in the front office were SO nice, but now management changed and they’re all gone except for the horrible property manager. I’m in the process of moving out and recently found out we are responsible for all deep cleaning, even the carpets to which i was quoted 80 dollars for one bedroom and a closet through someone they referred. We also had to pay Feb rent with a cashiers check to which I paid on Feb 4th (the deadline) and I along with my neighbor above me have late fees on our accounts. This place is ridiculous just keep looking.
This place has been the worst place to live. So many problems and never ending. ·Amenities are not taking care of (didn’t restock the wine, coffee machine is not working as well). ·The construction is very poor. So many holes in the unit and ants are coming from that. ·So many nails are sticking out from the floor and most likely you’ll step on it. ·I found many pieces of glass on the carpet and I actually stepped on them. I saw other people’s reviews and made me realize that when they received negative feedback from current residents, somehow they received positive feedback RIGHT AWAY. Like almost they’re trying to cover up their negative reviews by fake accounts. If you are actually living here we all know that is 100% fake. They should take more seriously about resident’s voice rather than making/asking fake reviews. If you like constantly having issues with the official, great place. Otherwise I’d not recommend this place.
I was very hopeful about this place prior to moving in, but I was sadly mistaken. Since move in- I have experienced one inconvenience and annoyance after another. The apartments were thrown together- meaning things like random holes in the walls, patchy paint in places, dishwasher leaks, washer leaks, the dryer doesn’t dry clothes no matter how many times they are in a cycle. Ants everywhere, a mouse from the random hole in the wall, dirty grounds littered with pup poop, garage not ready upon move in yet still had to pay for it, every other month the payment portal doesn’t work so paying rent is a hassle, A/C and heater only works on one side of the apartment, and to top it off the management is very very poor. They don’t communicate with you when you have a problem- only if they need something from you. Ronya doesn’t really care to find solutions for residents who spend their hard earned money on these terrible apartments. You work hard- don’t waste your hard earned money on a place that doesn’t care about you. Save yourself headaches and rent somewhere else. There are many places comparable in pricing with better living conditions. Counting the days until move our! Hope this saves someone a headache!
I have lived here for about 6 months and I will not be renewing my lease. Ants in our apartment when we first moved in and talking to others that live here we are not the only ones. Unfortunately the exterminator only comes on Wednesday and yes whatever they use for spray does not work. We had to go and get ant traps ourselves. Washer and dish washer leak. Maintenance came and still is not fixed. AC only works on one side of the apartment. Maintenance has came several times for the AC and still does not work in the entire apartment properly. Garage was not ready when we moved in and when we were about to get into our garage it was dirty with nails and debris. As if this is not all a sign not to renew today I saw a mouse in our apartment. Absolutely not! We will not be renewing and if you do consider renting here you have been warned. Update: Exterminator came out but of course I saw the mouse today again. Counting down the days until we can move. This has been the worst experience. I will make sure to tell everyone about this place. Neighbors are great but the management is extremely poor. This property was thrown up and unfortunately there are many cracks in the building, holes in the wall and paint was down poorly. Definitely not a luxury experience at all.
We’ve lived here for 9 months. The design and layout of the apartments are great but they were horribly built. Maintenance is incompetent and they have to try and fix everything the builders messed up. The management is awful at communication and none of the rules are enforced in the community. Look somewhere else
I will not be renewing my lease. You can find more affordable apartments in the area with better management. As a tenant, you are not respected at all and are simply a number giving them money. The manager is so disrespectful and maintenance doesn’t fix a thing. My apartment wasn’t ready to be moved into, the wine/coffee bar is never stocked, the rental portal will show conflicting information than the statements they send out monthly, and I honestly could go on about the cons here. Seriously, find somewhere better or make sure you get a tenant lawyer if you choose to live here.
So many issues upon moving in, and still, 7 months later dealing with insect issues due to the terrible construction job. I could go on and on about the property and how much of a headache it’s been since moving here…. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache
I moved here recently. And our room didn’t even finish yet. The construction is really POOR. I cannot believe the unit is not ready by the move-in date. Also the manager gets mad if you complain something. If there is some issue you will need to say something. They should take serious about what people said instead of just getting upset and showing on face. Overall I don’t recommend this complex, you can find much better one in the same area.
I decided to give my review of the place after we have been here for about a month. The pros cause you always want to start off with the good, right?! Nice new property and the staff seem extremely nice. The appliances are good and I “almost” love the apartment. Oh and our neighbors are friendly and we love that. Now on to the bad…we got a garage that was not ready when we moved in. Maintenance has a bunch of stuff in it and we couldn’t gain access for a few days. We live in building 14 on the third floor so one of the selling points for this building was the elevator. Yeah, what elevator?! After a month, the elevator still doesn’t work! In this Texas heat, this is not good at all. We have asked when the elevator will be ready and we have been told that they don’t know. I guess this is a way to get a work out in but we paid for convenience and definitely not getting it. The AC in our apartment still only cools part of the apartment. Maintenance has been there multiple times but it still doesn’t work properly. The paint job and overall construction of the place looks a little rough. There are multiple holes in corners of the apartment where they either rushed or just didn’t do a good job. Now I’m saving the big issue for last and that is ANTS!!! This was noticed the first day of us moving in. We have had the exterminator out a few times and stop the problem persist! Now we have had to throw out food! We absolutely hate bugs so this is a no go for us! And we have heard we are not the only apartment there has this problem. So perhaps this is the growing pains of a new complex, but so far we definitely feel like we are wasting our money. So beware if you choose this place. Perhaps things will get better and I will update this review but for now I definitely don’t recommend and after our lease is up we won’t be renewing. So buyer beware!
I absolutely love the lay out of the apartment and how friendly all the office ladies are!
