I lived here about 2 years ago but had to move because of work. I’m thinking about going back soon as I get back to Philly in July. Barbara at the front desk was the best and the property manager Christian handles everything so fast no matter what it is he is amazing, very attentive to your needs!!

I’ve absolutely loved my experience here so far and truly never want to leave. My only complaints would be that living above a Whole Foods can lead to the fire alarms being triggered at random times but better safe than sorry!

Great place to live in a great area of town. Easy to get around and walking distance to so much in the area. You don't really need to leave this area in order to get whatever you need. Also a safe place to live with great staff in place.

Good experience living here. Management responds to emails fast. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Common area is clean and kept neatly. Maintenance staff responds to all requests in a timely manner.

I am a new resident and the entire Dalian team made my move so easy! Steven helped me find the perfect apartment and welcomed me so warmly. Brittany and Barbara helped me with my welcome documents, checklist, packages, and most importantly navigating my way around the building! And Howard was so kind to give me a full tutorial of the appliances in the building. The building is amazing with the amenities including infinity pool, gym, attached parking, open spaces - but the team really makes this place “home”!

All the staff have been extremely friendly and always there to help when needed. The maintenance staff is the best one yet. Always very quick t respond and take care of any issues i may have, Which have not been many.

Have lived here for 2 years and absolutely love it! Maintenance are super responsive, staff are always kind and helpful, and management have been great as well! Very little noise from neighbors and great amenities! Great fit for young professional types!

I love living at the Dalian because: - Location perfect with retail store grocery store and restaurants in proximity - surrounded with parks and museums - the building itself is extremely well designed to fit the needs of the residents I.e. large halls in the apartment large bathrooms and high ceilings - staff extremely helpful and courteous and knowledgeable Thanks

Love the pool and the staff is very friendly. The halls are always clean and the lobby space is very nice. Maintenance is prompt in addressing issues.
