I’ve really enjoyed living at this apartment complex. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and quick to help with anything that comes up. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the amenities are kept in great condition. Parking is easy, the grounds feel safe, and management communicates clearly whenever there are updates. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and stress-free place to call home. Definitely recommend!
Love his I'm rarely disturbed and amenities are amazing. Staff and management are really helpful and do their best to assist. The amenities are always clean and ready to use I also have a great view of the pool area.
I've only been a resident for almost a month and I can say that my experience so far have been good. Nice apartments and a quiet community.. The office team has been nothing but nice and helpful to me and my kiddos. Very kind. Thank you all so much for making my move go smoothly.

Ya no me gusta este lugar , huele a mariguana siempre en los pasillos . La gente alrededor es muy extraña. No es como al principio que llegue a vivir ahí . Ycasi nunca encuentro estacionamiento cerca de mi departamento. Los de mantenimiento si son eficaces. La comunidad y la gente ya no está bonita .

Sometimes I’ll se alotta trash around but they always cleaning it up so it’s not so bad. Other than that I love it here. My neighbors are loud sometimes but it’s kids lol what can you do.

Overall the community is pretty good I have respectful neighbors, the rent is just outrageous for the type of apt. Love how big my apt is but too expensive. Don’t live the spiders and scorpions I find every other week. I need a second floor with carpet.

For the most part I’m enjoying it, move in was simple except for the price it kept changing, glad there is always parking. Office staff are really nice which is refreshing.

It has been really nice living here! But I will say that even with pest control I still notice some ants in my apartment and I can’t find where they’re coming from.

Everything is going well. I just wish we can pay for our own water separately. I suggest billing each apartment because It’s unfair that we have to pay it based on what the building consumed and not what we personally spent in our home.

Overall have had a good experience here. Just like any other apartment complex, you have good and bad experiences & neighbors. Some drawbacks about this place for me personally include people not cleaning dog messes outside my balcony, LOUD upstairs neighbors, and the trash service throwing my trash can around every night.

Amenities are fantastic, I love hanging out ant the pool and using the gym. Very clean environment. Office staff is very good with responding to concerns and maintenance works quick as well!

A Great Place to Call Home! I've had such a positive experience living at Dalian 151! The community is clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. The amenities are top-notch—especially the pool, fitness center, and resident lounge, which make it feel like you're living in a resort. The staff is always friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been handled quickly and professionally. The location is incredibly convenient too—close to great shopping, dining, and easy freeway access. I haven’t moved in yet. Looks like a nice complex. Everyone is very helpful. It has nice foliage. Close to the gym, restaurants and very close to shops.

Felt rushed and was not informed on much. missing a lot of papers in my welcome packet. my parking pass was not given to me the day of and i had to wait 4 days to finally get it.
