the mice situation is ruining my peace its awful. 8 mice in 2 weeks that is insane. Let me make this clear, maintenance has been so helpful and have done everything they can or anything management has allowed them to. the front office/ management I just stopped reaching out to them because they just don't care. Pest control came by, mind you we pay monthly fee for them. they came by and completely incompetent the dude looked at me like I was the dumb one! I'm like yeah there isn't any mice there NOW because that morning I had just threw away a trap with a mouse on it. I'm like do you need pictures and I showed him pictures but then looked at me like I was the dumb one then looked around and looked at me again because at the moment he saw no mice around. The garbage bags people are leaving laying around outside their doors are bringing in the mice. Valet pickup will take the bags but if anything comes out the bags they just leave it there

Hi, your review about Dalian Monterrey Village Apartments made our day! Thanks so much for taking the time to write.
Wasp nests galore. When brought to the staff’s attention nothing is ever done about it, they simply brush it off to their joke of a “pest control” that you in fact are required to pay for. You will constantly receive passive aggressive emails on when rent is due despite always paying them on time or emails over cars on property being towed despite having all of your records. Maintenance is decent and friendly but it does take them 48hrs to respond to your needs. Management is raising prices on rent with no upgrades at all (the installation of new roofing was a necessity, not an upgrade). No one in the office is empathetic or understanding when it comes to accommodating timely manners: A lot of us have jobs that are 9-5 weekdays only, so it’s hard to get anything done during the week when unfortunately schedules don’t align and no one accommodating to that.

It's very quiet here and maintenance gets everything done so quickly, no matter how big or small it is. The gate not working most times can be frustrating a bit. My bf did have a car part stolen a couple months ago.

Good apartments, although troublesome to find parking at times, otherwise a pretty good apartment for the price. It can be noisy at times as well, you can hear the cars from the highway and also careless neighbors revving their engines late at night.

This is a great place to live. Rent can be alittle high for my studio given my unit faces the main road which can be alittle loud when car pass by. Community is clean. Some machines at the gym could use some fixing/replacement. Gates are always braking down. Pool is nice and always clean.

Parking is challenging sometimes. Paying for a reserved spot is the best thing to do. Also the entrance gate situation is always a hit or miss on whether the key faab works.

Good location and nice apartment for the price.. amenities are very average and there’s dog poop everywhere but other than that it’s been a good experience

Overall I had a great experience. Jeanette was bet responsive to my living needs and a great community. Very quiet and have not had an major issues.

Hello Everyone, I love it here so far. It’s okay around here. The Amenities and appliances are very nice. The apartment agents are always on top. Though there are some residents that makes living here a bit bad as they live trash around any how. But every thing else is amazing. Prices and everything. Thank you!?

I really enjoy living here. The gym has everything you need to have a good workout, the pool and outside area is spacious and very nice and my favorite thing about this place is the maintenance team. 10/10!!
