Dalian 151 Has A Great Environment. It Also Gives Off A Luxury Look, Aesthetic, And Overall Feel! The Complex Stays Clean And Maintained As Far As Up Keep, And Look!
Overall the community is pretty good I have respectful neighbors, the rent is just outrageous for the type of apt. Love how big my apt is but too expensive. Don’t live the spiders and scorpions I find every other week. I need a second floor with carpet.

For the most part I’m enjoying it, move in was simple except for the price it kept changing, glad there is always parking. Office staff are really nice which is refreshing.

Everything is going well. I just wish we can pay for our own water separately. I suggest billing each apartment because It’s unfair that we have to pay it based on what the building consumed and not what we personally spent in our home.

Overall have had a good experience here. Just like any other apartment complex, you have good and bad experiences & neighbors. Some drawbacks about this place for me personally include people not cleaning dog messes outside my balcony, LOUD upstairs neighbors, and the trash service throwing my trash can around every night.

A Great Place to Call Home! I've had such a positive experience living at Dalian 151! The community is clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. The amenities are top-notch—especially the pool, fitness center, and resident lounge, which make it feel like you're living in a resort. the mice situation is ruining my peace its awful. 8 mice in 2 weeks that is insane. Let me make this clear, maintenance has been so helpful and have done everything they can or anything management has allowed them to. the front office/ management I just stopped reaching out to them because they just don't care. Pest control came by, mind you we pay monthly fee for them. they came by and completely incompetent the dude looked at me like I was the dumb one! I'm like yeah there isn't any mice there NOW because that morning I had just threw away a trap with a mouse on it. I'm like do you need pictures and I showed him pictures but then looked at me like I was the dumb one then looked around and looked at me again because at the moment he saw no mice around. The garbage bags people are leaving laying around outside their doors are bringing in the mice. Valet pickup will take the bags but if anything comes out the bags they just leave it there

Experience here has been great, property is really quiet, you’re surrounded by all the restaurants and shopping centers you need, grocery stores are everywhere.

I absolutely love living here! The community is fantastic, and the amenities are top-notch. The management is super responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. It's also in a prime location, close to everything! Highly recommend it!

Great complex, near plenty of food spots. Rooms are nice and spacious for a good price. Target and H-E-B are minutes away. Staff is helpful. Keep up the good work!!!

It’s not to bad very quiet , I do wish there was more parking it’s hard to find parking at night , everyone is friendly though ! I can’t complain the kitchen is very up to date and nice as well

Jeanette is awesome property manager!! She’s a hard worker and never appears to let problems or people stress her out. She knows her business and can work a work. If you’re looking to rent an apartment at Dalian 151 check her out. Alyssa is also is a fantastic property manager very helpful and knows her work very kind and thoughtful and I’m quite sure she also can work a work!!. And I’m quite sure that both of them will get to know you on first name basis.

Zero complaints. Good friendly community . Front office is helpful and love that they always have events going on. Pool is almost always clean don’t ever think I see it dirty.

Damian 151 by far has to be the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. Staff is great all the amenities are nice. Love the pool my favorite of it all
