No Courtesy and Tricky Pay Windows
I’ve lived at Cypress for over two years now. I don’t mind the environment but do NOT live here if you expect the management to treat you like human beings. Through their portal they create a very small window to pay rent and will not send any notifications or call you if you miss that 1 or 2 day window. But they are extremely fast to collect a high delinquent fee. Auto payment could be an answer until they raise your rent during renewal and do not call you that the auto payment doesn’t update with updated rent. But again, will happily inform you about the delinquent fee. I give them two stars. One for the layout and one for the food trucks.

We are sorry to hear you feel this way. The TAA lease agreement states rent is due on the first of the month and considered late on the 4th of the month. This lease agreement is widely used around the state of Texas. Auto pay is definitely an option, however, we aren't able to update that for our residents as the resident does need to update that when their rent amount changes. Bad Management/towing company
The apartment complex is the worse, I should of acknowledge all the negative comments about this apartment complex. They partner with a towing company that drives around at night and tows cars “that don’t belong there”. I had a friend stay with me and he registered the car within 5 minutes and he forgot his charger in the car and the car was gone. They literally took the car and he wasn’t even in my apartment for 10 minutes. Everyone do not lease with this apartment complex. No wonder they have a low rating. And if you get towed, the pay ranges from $300-700. And my friend got towed twice and he did exactly what they told him. Management said it was his fault and they won’t help him.

If you have high standards avoid Cypress at Lewisville
There are several things here that would shock most. Most days as you enter the gates to you home you are greeted by mountains of trash. The dumpsters are overflowing 2-3 times a week with trash literally piled around them. Management also allows for people to consistently leave entire rooms of furnishings laying in the commons areas surrounding the dumpsters. Mattresses, box springs, sofas, etc are common lawn decoration. The stairwells and hallways are never cleaned. I've been here a year and haven't seen them cleaned even once. So they are often littered with trash but, worse the spills and trails of dripping liquid from the trash bags left in the hall are left to continually build and become disgusting stains on the concrete and walls a long with trails of who knows what running down the several flights of stairs. Beyond that the complex is grossly short on parking for residents. To make matters worse they enforce parking with a towing service; however, do NOT provide adequate parking for visitors either. There are 13 buildings and only a handful of visitor parking spots. Visitor parking is typically taken up by actual residents because parking is so limited. If you come home any time after 8:00pm (9:00pm at the latest) you are likely to find yourself without a place to park. Despite the fact that they do not provide adequate parking for residents, and virtually no parking for visitors they will tow your guests within hours for not using the "non existing designated parking". The tow trucks patrol every day because it's easy money knowing that residents and guests are forced aren't provide with enough parking spaces to "comply" it's guaranteed every night will result in several vehicles towed. They charge just over $300. to retrieve you vehicle.

Major Parking Issues
There is not assigned parking, unless you have a garage, parking is a major issue! Guests have to register their vehicle for overnight stay or park in front of the office. Resident and guest parking is very, very limited. Overnight guests have to register their vehicle or they will be towed. Residents who park in guest parking and do not register their vehicle will also be towed even though they have a resident sticker on their vehicle. Guest parking is always 98% occupied as well as the open parking in front of the office. Complaints to the office does no good, they only tell you they are aware they have a parking issue. Sad that I'm 5 months into my lease and already looking to move due to the parking issue.

DO NOT make same mistake...
HORRIBLE management. RUDE. Once you sign a lease they ignore you... If you read the reviews here, note how similar they are to each other, clearly written by management. Check yelp and other sites. SO HAPPY MY LEASE IS UP!

Cypress is awesome
I would absolutely suggest Cypress if you're planning on living in the Lewisville area! I have lived here for 2 years now, and am nothing shy of pleased by the upkeep and great maintenance of this company. Sad to say i am leaving, but happy to say its to with the same company! Cypress is worth every penny ( Location, management, maintenance, pool, etc.) & they offer boot camps/Personal training- great trainer/classes.

Great!
Haven't had any issues so far. The complex is clean and conveniently located near grocery stores, shopping centers, fast food and restaurants, and even a mall! The units are spacious and very new, stainless steel appliances work well. The community pool is fabulous and is usually pretty empty too. Definitely worth checking out!

LEASE HERE NOW
I have been a resident at Cypress for 3 years now,and very sadly have to leave due to financial reasons. BY FAR the best complex I have rented from, staff is great and get things done no questions asked, then the gym and other facilities, are always clean and very convenient. GREAT location, it is secluded, and quiet, yet only minutes away from great shopping centers, and other attractions. The interior of my unit id very spacious, and extremely homey. I have nothing but loved living here and am VERY upset that i have to leave and will consider this complex always.

I love Cypress at Lewisville Apartments! Great staff beautiful apartments and fabulous amenities. Resort like pool--best in Lewisville/Flower Mound!

A really nice place!
I lived here for about four years now and really do not have much of desire to be anywhere else. The staff is very friendly, the apartment complex is very quiet and peaceful. Great amenities, especially the gym, where a personal trainer comes in three times a week and conducts bootcamps and nutrition classes, which is free for residents. I have a very stylish apartment at pretty good price. It is not at the "heart" of Lewisville, which is a good thing, since it gets pretty congested. Tom Thumb's is literally across the street from the complex and, if you have teenagers, a high school is less than five minutes away.

Awesome apartment homes
I moved here February 2014 and I absolutely love it. It has everything I could ask for beautiful peaceful property, luxury style home, valet pickup service for your garbage and an awesome resort style swimming pool area. The staff here are really great. I feel just as valued as I did when I walked in to rent from them for the very first time. They continue to care for the needs of their residents long after signing your lease. They also have a moving service that will move you for free if you rent a unit on the 3rd floor (AWESOME). Overall a GREAT place to live and raise a family.
