Cyan is located perfectly, being close to the mall, stores, and highways. Views are great and most of the staff is friendly. They allow airbnb which is not ideal as a resident actually living here, because the many different people that don’t necessarily have the same respect we have for our home come and go.

Cyan is a great place to live . It is very peaceful most of the time and can get a little busy on the weekends with AirBnB but nonetheless it’s very peaceful. I would recommend the community because it’s very close to the shops and convenient stores . Not to mention the staff is really helpful and nice .

Whoever does the hiring here, knows what doing. From the maintenance team, to concierge, security, office and everyone! They truly act like they care and always assists with whatever is needed. I do wish the residents would pick up after their pets!!!! I see housekeepers cleaning the building all the time but residents need to do their part . Overall love living here. I would recommend

The office and maintenance personnel are the dream team! This is the best customer service I’ve ever had from any apartment or condo building I’ve lived in. Ashley always greets everyone with the brightest smile! Maintenance is right at my door within the hour or less wherever there’s an issue in my apartment. Really nice apartments. I feel really safe with the security patrol guys and concierge that greets me everyday I leave for work and return home. There are cameras everywhere which makes me feel secure especially in Atlanta. The apartments have nice views and space for the price. Overall, I really like my apartment home here.

The location is unbeatable. The staff members are always friendly and helpful. The only thing I would like is more or better amenities. The existing ones are fine, but the gym and the outdoor areas could be more luxurious for this type of building. Other than that, I love living here and see myself here until I'm ready to buy or relocate to the suburbs.

Super easy application process, approval was quick, having the Hetty option is a major plus if you have less than stellar credit, my move in was simple but it is a little walk to the elevator so have some help or movers. My floor is quite and always clean. Management is great and always willing to listen. Maintenance is great and fast as well. I’m really enjoying my decision

I love my penthouse apartment. The best part about living here is the views and the location and maintenance comes right away. The neighbors are all cool and management is friendly.

I've lived here for about two years. I am impressed with the new management. The office staff, concierge, and security team all care about the actual building and us as tenants. They replaced the hallway floors and painted some areas throughout. I always see the cleaners. The dog park is still being misused but it's much better than before. I can tell that Management is trying, they are helpful whenever an issue arises, and they actually care.

Horrible. Management staff doesn’t care about concerns. AT ALL. Building is not cleaned daily. Garage and hallways are always filthy.

Love the friendliness from the concierge and leasingstaff team. The leasing consultants Dionne and Herbert are effective and consistent with residents and future residents. The manager Kiera is very caring friendly and reasonable. Overall satisfaction guaranteed. Love my home!!!!!!!

Was great when we first moved in almost 3 years ago but this place has really gone downhill. Constant break-ins, the controlled access garage doors have been broken and sitting wide open for nearly a year so whoever can just come in and out. Recently a car in our parking deck got its wheels stolen and is currently sitting on cinder blocks. I just feel we are paying a premium price but not getting a premium experience and I no longer feel safe at this property. We will be moving out as soon as our lease ends.

I’ve been holding this review back for quite a while but now it’s impossible. But after receiving horrible emails, it is time to post an honest review from someone who have lived there for a while. Currently, they have been sending condescending emails to the residents due to parking permits. This will now be the third change of parking permits since I have lived in the building and now they are charging us to use an App on top of our monthly parking fee. To add to the parking chaos, it is now 15 dollars a day for me to have guests over and secure them a parking spot using an another application. This service will boot you even if you use it properly. Then, comes the hidden fees of insurance, I was asked to use eRenter’s insurance when I moved into the building and was informed that was no longer acceptable and I would be charged for another insurance monthly by the building, and I wouldn’t be able to stop it. After 5 months of a home calls, emails, and face to face conversations they finally “fixed” the insurance. Electronic locking of doors - I went three months convinced my door was locked, only to find out that any key in the building could unlock my door. I found out because after a vacation, I came home to my door unlocked and someone had been in my apartment. Now, for the drug use. It has become common place to see smoking and have smoke enter your apartment from other apartments that use narcotics. They have refused to address the issue and I was told “It’s part of community living”. Greystar is truly a disappointment to Atlanta.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Any issues/problems are addressed and resolved very quickly and efficiently. This might be the best Greystar community I've stayed in.

One of the best luxury living experience I had, I convinced 5 of my family and friends to move in with me in the building. Dan is very respectful, kind, helpful, great customer service to the point were he makes you feel like you own the place. Concierge is always there to help you, they make the relationship super personal. If youre moving to Atlanta or you want the city life, you better come to this building. Excellent rates for a lot.
